The New York Crew has its 50 Dime play on Milwaukee at home versus Chicago. The Bucks are +5 at the majority of books I've checked as of 2:35 AM Eastern as I put my site live.
ROBERT FERRINGO (NBA PLAYOFFS) 3-Unit Play. Take #745 Atlanta (-3.5) at Brooklyn (3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 25)
Atlanta did a nice job of escaping the first two games with wins. They had all they could handle in Atlanta and didn’t play their best by any means but true great teams get wins in those situations and that is what they did. Paul Millsap returned to form in game two with 19 and he will look to build on that performance tonight in the Big Apple. Brooklyn cant feel good about the 0-2 hole they are in especially with the chances they had in game 2 to steal one away from home. Tonight will be a tough test for the 8 seeded Nets as the Hawks are looking to make quick work of them. Atlanta is 5-1 ATS in their last 6 in BK so look for this trend to continue. Hawks 95-90. 2-Unit Play. Take #749 Golden State (-6.5) at New Orleans (8:00 p.m., Saturday April 25)
Game 3 had a little bit of everything. The Pelicans thrilled their home crowd with a 3 and quarter performance they could be very proud of and had a 17 point lead with 6 minutes to play. The Warriors played about as bad as they could play during that same time frame and looked ready to give the game away. Then Steph Curry decided to add to his legend with a 20 point quarter and an overtime victory. Curry seems to find a way to be ?open? at the end of games and his uncanny release allows him to make near impossible shots making the Warriors nearly unbeatable. Golden State is up 3-0 but has yet to cover in any of the 3 contests so tonight could be a good way to close the series and move onto the Semifinals. Look for the Warriors to complete the sweep in style 120-99.
Brooklyn has covered the spread in 14 of the last 19 games after having lost three of the last four games and they have covered the spread in 9 of the last 11 games when playing four or less games in ten days. Brooklyn has covered the spread in 64 of the last 116 games when revenging a loss vs. an opponent and they have covered the spread in 28 of the last 46 games when playing in the 1st round of the playoffs.
