(MLB) MILWAUKEE/KANSAS CITY OVER 8 -110 (8PM)
Kansas City (37-25) entered this series hitting .205 while averaging 2.4 runs during a 6-11 stretch, but bounced back by pounding Milwaukee to the tune of a .372 average and 25 runs. Milwaukee's rotation owns an 8.78 ERA during a five-game losing streak. Milwaukee starter Jimmy Nelson (3-7, 4.60 ERA), who has lost two of his last three starts with a 7.31 ERA. KC starter Guthrie (4-4, 5.79) has been hot cold all year. This game could be a high scoring affair only.
GOODFELLA'S (not from pre-game)
(MLB) SEATTLE -140 SAN FRAN (10PM)
Mike Montgomery (1-1, 1.89 ERA) has been a very nice surprise for the Mariners as he fills in for the injured Paxton. Montgomery is the first Mariners pitcher to complete at least six innings in his first three starts since 81. San Fran starter (4-5, 4.81 ERA) went 4-0 with a 1.14 ERA in five May starts but is 0-3 with a 6.61 ERA in June. Mariners will look to build of King Felix's win last night and beat up the weak hitting Giants.

(MLB) NY/TORONTO OVER 9 +105 (7PM)
Even with the Mets not hitting, the over is the play today. The 40-year-old Dickey is struggling with the Blue Jays (35-32) with an ERA that is among the highest in the AL. Dickey (2-6, 5.29 ERA) faces the NL East-leading Mets for the first time. Colon (9-4, 4.41) 42-year-old right-hander has been a nice surprise for the Mets this year. I see this being a high scoring game in Toronto.
(MLB) WASHINGTON +119 TAMPA BAY (7PM)
Thats right, I am backing a pitcher coming off the DL against one of the best pitchers this season. Fister (2-2, 4.31 ERA) has been sidelined over a month with right forearm tightness. In two rehab starts split between Triple-A Syracuse and Double-A Harrisburg, he was 0-1 with a 0.93 ERA, allowing nine hits and striking out 10 with no walks in 9 2/3 innings. Fister best work since joining the Nationals before last season has come at home, where he is 9-2 with a 2.12 ERA in 14 outing, including a five-start unbeaten streak. He is 2/3 with a 2.88 ERA in five starts and a relief appearance against Tampa Bay. Too much value at home.
Los Angeles has won 33 of the last 40 games when playing as a favorite of -200 or higher and they have won 25 of the last 35 home games. Los Angeles has won 23 of the last 37 games when playing on a Thursday and they have won 41 of the last 72 games when playing in the month of June.
