15 DIME play on Toronto and Mark Buehrle on the Run Line at home against Kansas City and Yordano Ventura. List both pitchers. Update - The Blue Jays are +165 laying -1 1/2 runs now as of 8 AM Pacific.
On Thursday I eschewed (don't you just love that word?) a moneyline play on the Astros at -145 at home against Los Angeles because I thought the momentum-fueled move was to take them instead as a +155 run line dog since recently acquired Scott Kazmir - so brilliant in his first start on the road - was making his debut in Houston for his hometown team. The Astros needed a two-out, three-run, walk-off homer to win it, but they didn't pay any of us any less at the cashier's window when we cashed the winning ticket, right?
Same strategy with today's play on the Blue Jays as I'd rather eschew the moneyline play at -130 and instead take them as a +170 underdog on the run line as the testosterone must really be pumping after they acquired Troy Tulowitzki, David Price and Ben Revere to prime their stretch drive. They're 3-0 since Tulowitzki arrived after taking the first two games in this series, 3-0 on Thursday and 7-6 in 11 innings on Friday, a game in which they twice came back from three-run deficits.
It's been a tale of two seasons for Toronto starter Mark Buehrle. His ERA in April was 4.94. It was worse in May: 4.99. But then he compiled a 1.75 ERA in five June starts with the number only slightly higher at 1.82 in the same number of July outings.
Buehrle, who is making his first start in Toronto in exactly a month, is 5-1 in eight home starts this season with a 2.98 ERA. He's pitched well, but it doesn't hurt that his run support (8.94 per game) is the best of any pitcher in the majors this season when starting at home.
The Jays have scored 23 times in Buehrle's last two at home, but he might not need much support today as he's 4-0 with a 1.26 ERA in four starts against the Royals since joining Toronto. He authored one of those wins on July 11 in KC with seven innings of two-run ball.
The Royals saw their newly acquired ace, Johnny Cueto, roughed up last night despite the fact the major's No. 1 team in homers failed to go deep. Now they turn to Yordano Ventura, he of the 4.61 ERA in seven previous road starts, a stretch where he's walked 14 and allowed 41 hits in 41 innings.
Ventura was demoted to the minors following a start against Pittsburgh two Mondays ago after he got shelled for 10 hits and six runs in four innings. But he got a reprieve 24 hours later when Jason Vargas suffered a season-ending injury. The sophomore starter responded with a strong performance at home against Houston last Sunday, working seven innings and allowing just one run, but that was in KC and the Astros have struggled all season offensively on the road.
Kansas City is 3-8 in Ventura's last 11 outings and they've lost each of the last five times he's started on the road.

Now on a 12-6 roll with 10 Dimers after the Cubs beat the Brewers last night. More importantly it's now 14 of 20 Winning Days. Still a bit upside down 56 of the past 104 days overall, but getting back in the black is inching closer thanks to a healthy does of underdog winners.
Going for a 5th Straight Underdog Winner today and upping the ante in the process with a 15 Dimer, a play that matches the biggest of my career in baseball.
I've already cashed with both 15 Dime Dogs this week, hitting the Astros (+155 run line) over Los Angeles, 3-0, on Thursday, and the Giants (+130 run line) 9-3 over Milwaukee on Monday.
This play is bigger than my 10 Dime Dogs on the Orioles (+120 run line) over Atlanta on Wednesday and the Pirates (+140 run line) over the Nationals last Sunday.
As for the free picks, I could not go 2-0 for the 12th time in 16 days on Friday, instead settling for a split as I won with the Red Sox but lost with the Royals. My overall record during this unprecedented three-week run is now 34-7.

40 Dime winner is the Braves (Wisler) and the Phillies (Nola) to hold Under the posted total. At 6:30 am eastern time, the total for this game is 7 1/2 over, -110 in Vegas and offshore. Keep in mind that both listed pitchers must start, or this is a NO play.
ANALYSIS
The Braves and the Phillies may not be making the postseason anytime soon, but a pair of pitchers with bright futures will take the pearly on Saturday night in Matt Wisler and Aaron Nola.
Wisler is 5-1 since being called up to the bigs, and 6 of his 7 big league starts have played Under the total.
Nola has gone 1-1 with a 3.29 ERA in his first 2 starts at this level.
Look for the Under to be the play in South Philly tonight, as the Braves are now on a 25-8-1 overall Under run their last 34 games contested, with 2 of their last 3 Under, and 3 of the last 5 series meetings this year between the division rivals Under the total.
5 of Philadelphia's last 9 now overall have held Under the total, so look for the young arms of Wisler and Nola to put on a display at the Bank on Saturday night.
Atlanta-Philadelphia Under the total.

Your Saturday Winner...
Saturday winner is a 150 Dime release on the Cubs with Hendricks over the Brewers with Garza. At 4:00 am Vegas time, the Cubs are -120 favorites. Both listed pitchers must start, or this is a no play.
Saturday's Analysis
Gave you a 50 Dime Winner on Chicago last night, and I will turn right around here on Saturday and give you a 150 Dime Winner on the Cubs here again on Saturday night.
It's not that I am in love with the way Kyle Hendricks has been pitching of late, because he has not won over his last 4 starts, and has been hit hard in his last pair. That's the bad news, the good news is Hendricks has solid numbers against the Brewers, going 2-0 with a 0.98 ERA in 3 matchups with Milwaukee, and his team is now riding a modest 3 game winning streak, that has kept them in the hunt in the Wild Card chase in the N.L.
The Cubs are also on a 9-3 run their last dozen road games, so they will not be fazed by playing once again at Miller Park where they face a Brewers bunch that has now lost 3 straight and 8 of their last 10.
Throw in Matt Garza's 1-4 mark with an over 6 ERA his last 6 starts, and his 1-2 mark against his former club with a 4.50 ERA in his 4 starts against them since 2013, and you can see why I will be riding the Cubbies for the second night in a row.
Play on Chicago.
Saturday's Note
Time to unload in a very big way this Saturday night.
2nd BIGGEST PLAY OF MY BASEBALL CAREER!
I am on a 5-1 run with 100 Dime MLB winners the past 11 days, and I just scored again last night with an easy 50 Dime Winner on the Cubs.
Tonight I come with an even bigger release.
Perspective: My ONLY 3 OTHER MLB 150 DIME RELEASES since I have joined the site back in 2013 are as follows: On Tuesday night, I gave you a 150 Dime Winner on the Mets blanking the Padres. For the other pair, you have to go back to last season...On August 20th, I gave you a 150 Dime Winner on Cleveland over Minnesota. I followed that winner up on August 25th with another 150 Dime Winner - Milwaukee over San Diego.
That has be all. This is a very rare release, and with winning days in 21 of the last 27, it is one not to be missed!
4th Ever MLB 150 Dime Game of My Career
I have made the $10 bettor $12,520 the past 27 days of play.
No excuse-making. Just another massive baseball winner for Saturday night that will have y'all grinnin' from ear-to-ear.
If you are reading this text, the game has not started.

Saturday's Play
60 Dime selection on the Washington Nationals (Ross) and the NY Mets (deGrom) to Go Over the Total. As I release this play at 4:45am Pacific here in Vegas, the total on this game is 6 1/2 in Vegas and offshore.
A Word About Today's Action
I've lost track, but I think that was the fourth time I lost a game in extra innings in July? As soon as Toronto tied the game at 6 in the bottom of the 7th, I had a bad feeling. One we made it to extra innings I really had a bad feeling and sure enough, the Blue Jays 7-6 on the Royals in the 11th and I lose my 80 Dime Winner # 6 of 7.
Well, tonight I bounce back and go for winning day # 4 of 5 with my MLB Total Winner # 7 of 11.
Yes, I know some bettors don't like to play totals, but I will never understand why. They payout just as nicely as winning sides do. And since the oddsmakers spend less time on the totals than they do on the sides, we have the advantage -- as I keep showing over and over.
If you're not playing totals, you're leaving money on the table.

MLB winner...
My 50 Dime Winner for today is the TEXAS RANGERS in their Interleague clash against the San Francisco Giants. And as I release this play at 4:45 a.m. pacific, the number I see is Texas -125. Do not list pitchers in this game.
MLB Breakdown
The SMART INTANGIBLE for my play today - Is it a coincidence the Texas Rangers are 3-0 since Cole Hamels arrived in Arlington? This time of the year, when moves are made, and it's "in with the good, out with the bad," we see teams become rejuvenated. We see motivation levels increase. And right now that's the case with Texas.
The X-FACTOR in making this choice on this game - My x-factor is the Giants' pitching. For some reason, this is an area that hasn't improved, and is costly in a town like Arlington. The Giants have the No. 1 road batting average in the bigs, but it's road ERA is 4.35. San Francisco's staff is struggling right now, and that is a problem when you're playing a team that has found new life.
In SUMMARY, why this is the SMART PLAY with this game - So in case you missed it, the benches cleared last night. Last year's World Series MVP Madison Bumgarner wasn't happy with a bat flip of some kind, he jawed at Delino DeShields and the benches emptied. Why does that matter tonight? Because now that the Giants' ace is off for a few days, and with young Chris Heston on the hill, I wouldn't be surprised to see Adrian Beltre go off tonight. And oh yeah, Hamels makes his Rangers debut. I won't list him, or Heston, but I like the Rangers a bit more.

Saturday's Selection ...
For Saturday, Top-Rated 1000♦ is the Twins with Gibson over the Mariners with Montgomery. At 8:00 am eastern time, the Twins are -115 in Vegas and offshore. Note: Both listed pitchers must start, or NO ACTION on this release.
The Twins have been playing some bad baseball of late, losers of 9 of their last 12 games, they have seen their Wild Card lead get shaved to just a game, with a slew of teams in hot pursuit.
I know Kyle Gibson has also been struggling, but tonight I look for both Minnesota and Gibson to put together a winning effort against Mike Montgomery and the Mariners.
Remember this, Gibson is 2-0 with a 1.35 ERA the last 3 times he has started against Seattle. That includes an April win at Safeco when he allowed just 2 runs over his 7 innings pitched.
Montgomery has hit a rough patch with an 0-2 mark his last 4 starts, and 16 runs allowed his last 20 plus innings of work.
I expect the Twins to take advantage of Montgomery's slide, and for Gibson to once again baffle the M's bats.
Note: Both listed pitchers must start, or NO ACTION on this release.
Saturday Note
Scored last night with 2000♦ Double-Your-Wager Winner # 9 of 13 - Pittsburgh holding off Cincinnati. It was a sweat, but it was a winner, and you picked it up at yet another discounted rate.
Time to build off of that winner.
Tonight, Top-Rated 1000♦ Winner # 9 of 12 - A.L. Best Bet on line, as I hand you this Mariners-Twins winner from Target Field.
Need to keep the winning nights flowing.
At $1 bet per unit, you are up over 26K for the past 37 days.
PS - Don't forget my Pay-After-You-Win release.
Remember, the Pay-After play is always on a SEPARATE extension.
Must win, or you will NOT be charged!

Saturday's Selection ...
My 40 Dime selection is the Mets -1 1/2 RUNS over the Nationals. The current line on this game is averaging +155 in Vegas and offshore. Please specify Ross and DeGrom at the time of wager. Be sure to shop around for the best line available.
ANALYSIS
Off their dramatic win last night, they will roll them today.
The bottom line is once again, barring a bullpen implosion, the Mets will win this game by 2 runs or more.
First and foremost, the Nationals will not score more than 2 runs off Jason DeGrom today. Let me say it again, no more than 2 runs tonight.
All the rookie of the year and all star has done over his last 12 starts is give up 2 runs or less in 11 of those.
The only team to get him was the Cubs, who were only able to get him for 3 earned runs over 5 1/3 innings.
This is a Nationals team that has scored just 1 run in 4 of their last 5 games and have 5 of their 8 starters in their line up hitting less than .230.
Washington counters with Joe Ross, who since his recall from Triple-A Syracuse held the Mets to 2 earned in 6 1/3 innings at home and 3 earned over 6 innings at Pittsburgh.
The bad thing for Ross is the Mets have seen him just 2 starts ago and with a little more intel on him and the momentum last night, they will get to him tonight.
Folks, the Nationals are not going to win the NL East. When all is said and done, it will be the Mets. Just you wait and see.
I will create some great value with the Mets, taking them on the run line and getting myself a juicy dog winner.
Mets cruise by 3 runs or more tonight.
