We roll with the Over here between these two teams and we seek a 6-0 run in the WNBA, a 13-4 run and of course a 9-1 start to the 2nd half of the Season getting near +3300 overall. A few things here of note and the first of which is that San Antonio got thumped yesterday by Connecticut 51-82 (133) and that is undoubtedly going to motivate this team coming into this game. After scoring just 51 points, one has to think offensively this team will bounce-back today as they face Washington. The last time this team scored such a low output was against Washington when they scored 53 to which they bounced-back to score 78 against the Sparks in their next game. And the last time they were such heavy underdogs was against Chicago on the road when they were 11.5 point underdogs when they lost 82-93 but the game went well over to 175 points and San Antonio managed to cover. Plus, San Antonio is uniquely aware of the loss they took to Washington at home when they lost 53-88 in a game they were actually only a 1.5 point underdog. Look for San Antonio to step up offensively from a poor showing yesterday, undoubted bounce-back as a active underdog today with revenge and though Washington comes off a loss, we like San Antonio to be the big active underdog today similar to what Tulsa was yesterday against Phoenix and take Washington to the limit here. Sure, it would be nice to take San Antonio plus the points here and we would have leaned on that if Washington hadn't lost their last game, rather we like the total here as we expect this contest to hit in the mid to high 150's this evening.
