4 Unit Play. Take #115 Louisville Cardinals -11.5 over Wake Forest (7:00 PM, Friday, October 30, ESPN 2)
The Louisville Cardinals will look to get their record back to the .500 mark when they travel to take on the Wake Forest Demon Deacons at BB&T Field in Winston-Salem. NC on Friday night. Louisville has posted a 19-8 ATS in their last 27 conference and they have been an excellent ATS team on the road going 26-9 ATS in their last 35 games away from home. Wake Forest, on the other hand, has really struggled in the spot we find them in here on Friday night. They have gone just 1-5 ATS after scoring 20 points or less in their previous contest and they have failed to cover in four game in a row where they faced a team with a losing record. Throw in the fact that Louisville has been able to bounce back after a poor offensive showing, going 21-7 ATS in their last 28 games after they scored 20 points or less in their last game and we'll lay the points with them here Friday in a game that we have them winning by 2+ TD's over Wake Forest.
4 Unit Play. Take #119/120 Louisiana Tech vs. Rice Over 61 (8:00 PM, Friday, October 30, FS1)
Two teams that have been trending to the over will meet on Friday night when the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs travel to take on the Rice Owls at Rice Stadium in Houston, TX. Louisiana Tech has posted a 7-2 record to the over in their last nine games where they faced a team with a winning record and they have gone over the posted total in four of their last five games following a win by 20 or more points. Rice has been an over team as well in the spot that we find them in here tonight as they have gone 5-2 to the over in their last seven games overall and they are a perfect 4-0 to the over in their last four games following a straight up win. Throw in the fact that these two teams have gone over the posted total in four straight head to head meetings and that's where we'll have our play in a game where our numbers have both teams putting a good amount of points on the board Friday in Houston.
3 Unit Play. Take #121 Wyoming +27 over Utah St (10:15 PM, Friday, October 30, ESPN 2)
Hold your nose and take the points with Wyoming in this one when they travel to take on the Utah St. Aggies at Merlin Olsen Field in Logan, UT on Friday night. We don't by any stretch of the imagination think that Wyoming has a shot to win this one outright but we think that a few points have been tacked on to the number after the Aggies blow-out win over Boise a few weeks back. The Cowboys also haven't been terrible in the spot they are in here on Friday as they have gone a perfect 5-0 ATS in their last five road games where they faced a team with a winning record at home. Throw in the fact that Wyoming is 4-1 ATS in their last five games following a straight up loss and we'll take the four TD's with the Cowboys in a game that we have a bit closer than the odds makers on Friday night. -
