The early money has come pouring in here on the L.A. Kings and I strongly agree with this line move. The Kings come in the top team in Corsi % and by a nice margin as well. The Kings are on a long road trip which started out 2-0 but they took their foot off the gas last game and were beaten by Buffalo 2-1 in overtime. It was one of their uglier performances of the season for the Kings and one that not many were happy about either. Let's not let one game cloud our judgment of just how good this team has played this year as the loss ended a 6 game winning streak for the Kings.

Ottawa returns home here after losing three of four games on their road trip. This is their first game back into town here for the Senators and that's never an easy task for any team especially with only one day off between games. This is a team not playing well right now either having been outshot in 6 of their last 7 games and are nearly -6 shots per game on average this season overall making them an overvalued hockey team. Ottawa has struggled of late against L.A. as they've dropped 8 of their last 10 games against them and 6 of their last 8 when at home.

Look for a focused and intense effort from the Kings off a loss here against what should be a tired Ottawa squad. Take the Los Angeles Kings here in this game.
