I've been riding LSUsince Craig Victor got eligible (bringing much-needed toughness) and KeithHornsby came back (bringing much-needed outside shooting). I know this is aclear and obvious letdown situation for the Tigers. But right now I look at theSEC and don't see many reasons why they couldn't be the league's best team.Their coach is weak. But their talent is undeniable. And rather than a letdownI think that this team could be picking up a full head of steam. Florida justhad its bubble burst by getting crushed by Tennessee. They really haven'tbeaten any good team and I don't see them winning here today.

I spotted this game twoweeks ago when I hit a big play with Purdue at Wisconsin and said if thisnumber was anywhere close I would go all out. As I have said before, Kohl Magicis gone. Bo Ryan peed in the punch bowl and then tipped it over, making a messas he went out the door. And on top of that, he left behind one of the leasttalented Wisconsin teams we've seen in a decade. They have two good players anda bunch of young kids just trying to figure things out. Maryland has men. Thisis a supremely talented team that plays up and down to its level ofcompetition. And they will be up for this game.
