Inner Circle
UCLA (+1) over Stanford
1:30 PM (EST) -- Maples Pavilion
Inner Circle--UCLA It''s "do or die" for UCLA. They have reached that point of no return. They are 15-13 over-all and have a lot of talent to draw upon for a much needed win at Stanford. Isaac Hamilton leads the Bruins in scoring with 16.8 points per game. He is assisted by some very good players in Bryce Alford, Tony Parker and Thomas Welsh. All four can shoot and rebound. There are zero things that Stanford brings to the court to stop the Bruins from winning this game. This is basketball, not study hall. UCLA defeated them twice last year and this is their only scheduled game this season. The Bruins need to put in a good defensive effort. The Cardinal have five home losses and a horrible spread record at 8-18 ATS in the PAC 12. I feel the Cardinal have a "mental" block when playing UCLA. (Many teams do). Look for Bryce Alford to keep the Bruins ahead as this matchup favors his shooting. The rest of the team needs to stop Roscoe Allen''s shooting and rebounding for that easy win.

Pinnacle
Vanderbilt (+1½) over Kentucky
3:00 PM (EST) -- Memorial Gym Pinnacle--Vanderbilt (SEC Game of the Year) This game is HUGE for Vanderbilt. The game is built around the road/home dichotomy where Kentucky struggles on the road at 5-6. Meanwhile, it is difficult for some scorers of the visiting team to shoot as they normally shoot. It''s like shooting on a raised stage. This season, the Commodores are 13-2 at home. Get ready as this is a revenge game from earlier in the year. Most don''t realize that with a Vandy win today, they''d trail the Wildcats by one game. The Commodores have five good starters and are led by Wade Baldwin IV. The key to this game is to match points in the first half and then play like they''ve practiced this week rehearsing the first five minutes of the second half. They must get past that time period and then they will put out the "upset". Vandy has won four of their last five game including a decisive win against Florida. The Wildcats are 3-8 against the spread in their last 11 road games.

715 Montana2.5(-110) Pinnacle vs 716 Weber St. single-dime bet
Analysis: •Both teams are playing solid ball and share the lead in the Big Sky Conference with ( 13-2 ) records. This will be the only meeting between the two top teams in the Regular season which concludes next weekend. Weber State found a way to come back versus Montana State the other night for a 68-60 win that kept them on pace with Montana. The Grizzlies have won five in a row and are the best balanced team in the Conference. Weber State is not a team I normally go against on Senior Night at home. This team has only one senior, their best all-around player in Joel Bolomboy. He averages ( 18 ppg ) and corrals 13 rebounds per contest to boot. He will be honored before the game but then must sit and watch as he is nursing a knee injury and is hoping to be back for the Big Sky Tournament. Montana will be dialed in for this one and if they can slow down Jeremy Senglin ( 18 ppg ) they should be able to control the glass with big man 6'8 Martin Breunig ( 19 ppg / 9 RB ) who should be the best player on the court. The winner of this game will have the inside track to hosting the Big Sky Tournament as the Regular Season Champ gets that distinction.

677 Ind.-Pur.-Ft. Wayne-1.0(-110) Pinnacle vs 678 Ind.-Pur.-Indpls single-dime bet
Analysis: •The Mastodons will try to avenge a home loss 84-82 to the Jaguars earlier this year. IPFW lost leading scorer at the time, Mo Evans ( 17 ppg ) to academic ineligibility and looked to be short circuited for the season but not the case. Mo Landis and Company picked up the slack and IPFW sits in First Place in the Summit League. IPFW has won 4 straight and 7 of 8 and sit ( 12-3 ) in Conference & ( 23-7 ) overall. Meanwhile it has been a season of leaps and bounds for IUPUI but the Jaguars have limped down the stretch, Losers of 5 of last 6 games.

600 Purdue-3.5(-110) Sportsbook.ag vs 599 Maryland single-dime bet
Analysis: Big Game for the Boilermakers at home in West Lafayette to show they belong in the talk with the teams in the upper echelon of the Big Ten. Purdue got whipped in College Park back on February 6th by a score of 72-61 and need to avenge the loss against Turgeon's Terps. A.J. Hammons ( 15 ppg / 8 RB ) will need to stay out of foul trouble while Matt Painter's back court by commi •ttee needs to take care of the ball if the Boilermaker's are going to take care of business. If Purdue can force Melo Trimble to give up the ball and not control the game they should be able to ride the home crowd to a victory on the home court!

580 Ohio-3.5(-108) Pinnacle vs 579 Buffalo single-dime bet
Analysis: The only senior on a young Bobcat team for head coach Saul Phillips is glue man Treg Setty. The forward averages ( 11 ppg ) and looks to get the support of the underclassmen on Senior Day for the lone elder statesman of Ohio U. The Bobcats are going for the sweep and I'm bucking the trend by sticking with the home team. Ohio enters the game at ( 18-9 ) in Phillip's 2nd year after coming over from North Dakota State in the Summit Conference where he had the Bison competing at a high level year in year out. NDSU made it to the Big Dance with success in the tournament and the future for is bright for the Bobcats. Ohio beat up on Buffa •lo earlier this month 94-75 and both teams sit ( 9-6 ) in the MAC. Antonio Campbell & Jordan Dartis combined for 51 points in that Bobcat road win and I expect Ohio to be refocused after having their 5-game winning streak busted at Bowling Green against a rather weak Falcon team. I respect the Bulls but feel the Bobcats have a better all around team and should be able to sweep Buffalo as they head into the Mid-American Tournament next week.
