The Detroit Pistons were humiliated in their last game losing by 43 points to the Washington Wizards. It was a huge home game for the Wizards while the Pistons were in their final road game of a 4 game road trip. Detroit head coach was furious after the loss and still upset yesterday as well. The Pistons usually play well after a defeat so you can expect their full focus and attention in this one. This is a franchise who is fighting for the #8 seed in the Eastern Conference currently and who want to put an end to their long playoff drought as they've not made the post-season since 2009. They've won 7 of their last 11 games straight-up despite being favored in only 4 of those 11 contests. They've been very good at home this season going 19-10 against the spread there.

The Atlanta Hawks come in off a big 29 point win over Indiana in their last game. They've been playing well the past couple of weeks but I have some issues with a few things of late. Atlanta is tops in the NBA in three point field goal percentage in the 2nd half of the season allowing an unsustainable 28% during that time.

This is Pistons team who was badly embarrassed in their last game and led by a coach who will have them playing hard in this one. Take Detroit here. My CBB sides have won at the elusive 60% mark over the past month. I've had a winning March overall and have started the tournament off a winner as well.
