          721 Yale 6.0 vs 722 Baylor

Analysis: Yale may win this game outright - more later. Here's the premise as I am working on all the teams.

Baylor - Five of their eight conference losses were at home, so they've been a solid bet away from Waco, and of course played Kansas tough in the Big 12 Tournament. Most of THEIR losses were also to teams that force them to play faster than they'd prefer to, and they were knocked out in round one by Georgia State last season in Jacksonville, which about as close to Atlanta (where GSU is from) as Yale is to Providence - actually, Yale is a LOT closer to Providence and Yale is one of the more experienced teams in the nation - and since the Ivy league has no conference tournament, very rested. We might put the Bears on upset alert here.

Yale - Having almost two weeks off is going to either be a huge advantage, or create some rust. Yale did play some quality non-conference games on the road - SoCal, Duke, and almost beating SMU in Dallas, so this being a defacto home game might also help their cause. No Dancing in some time, but two years ago many of these players won four post-season games before losiŠng to Murray State in the CIT finals. If the Bears start looking to Duke, they might leave the door open for Yale to be "that team" this year.

732 Texas Tech 4.5(-110) Westgate vs 731 Butler double-dime bet

Analysis:Taking a shot on the old man and his Red Raiders. HC Tubby Smith has had a nice year in Lubbock and if the Big 12 is truly the premier Conference then Tech should be able to hang with the Post Season tested Butler Bulldogs. Big man, 6'9 Norense Odiase has been back for two games now after missing nine games. He gives help in the paint to Zach Smith which was much needed. In his last game Odiase had 10 points and six rebounds in just 19 minutes of action. Meanwhile the Red Raiders need to keep defensive wraps on Kellen Dunham who shoots 43 % behind the arc. If Tech can slow down Dunham and his scoring mate Kelan Martin the Red Raiders have a good chance to move on to Saturday vs. Virginia unless the Cavs ge “t stunned by Hampton. Toddrick Gotcher, Aaron Ross & Devauntah Williams need to take care of the ball, especially out of the gate as Tech needs to avoid a slow start.
This is a good Butler team but if you put them in the Big 12 would they have faired better than Tech's Conference record of ( 9-9 ). Could they beat Iowa State, Baylor & Oklahoma? Maybe....but I don't believe the Bulldogs are much better than the Red Raiders if they are at all. Tip off from Raleigh is at 12:40 PM ET....I'll take a shot on Tubby and the points!

                              723 N.C.-Wilmington / 724 Duke UNDER 157.0 William Hill double-dime bet

Analysis: Even at 84-72 Duke, the game stays under the total. UNCW has had several games in which they've score “d into the 80's & 90's but of late 69-73 is they're average. If the lead gets to double digits early for Duke there could be that exchange of baskets to not be embarrassed but I'm looking for Duke to win by double digits and the game to be in the 140's.
