My spreadsheet has Portland winning this game by a final score of 114-111. The key components in this matchup are recent form and pace of play
Both of these teams like to get up and down the court and they depend heavily on their ball handlers to score the basketball. Both teams will take quick shots and neither team is known for their defensive prowess.
OKC has scored 110+ points in eleven out of twelve games overall. They are simply a scoring machine and they can score at home or on the road. Portland has averaged 113 ppg in their last four games and I don’t see any reason why that won’t continue tonight. These two teams have played three times this year with two of the games covering this over and one falling short. They have only played once in Portland this year and that was a great up-and-down the court game.
