When the season started, if you would said I be playing the Rays over the Dodgers for a 2 unit game, I think you be crazy.
However the rays have suprised people and done better than expected in early season. The Rays were 14-6 in interleague play a year ago for baseballs second-best mark and have won seven straight at home over the NL. The Rays (11-13) are 5-2 against left-handed starters. Kazmir (1-2, 5.76 ERA) lost his fourth straight start after he posted a 9.69 ERA in the previous three. The Dodgers batted .167 on the past homestand and totaled 12 runs while going 3 for 39 with runners in scoring position. Look for the Rys to take care of business at home and get Matt Moore a much needed win.

We take the Under once again after our 8-Unit NHL GOTY which was an underdog play at a +105 dog price. And, now we take something at an even bigger price at +120. Note, that St. Louis is the 4th best defensive squad in the league and they won 4-3 in overtime against Dallas. One has to believe that this team gets back on their defensive scheme similar to their 1-2 loss at Dallas that though they did lose at Dallas, they were able to keep them in check. Note, that 72% of the public is on St. Louis here as they are a huge public favorite. And though we do expect St. Louis to be better on the defensive end, we actually think Dallas wins this game straight up. This is a Dallas team that when they win, they win against winning teams they are 4-1 to the Under in their last 5 games when they face winning teams and the Under is 6-1-1 for the Blues when they face a team with a winning percentage of greater than 60% as well. And, the Under is 4-0 in the last 4 meetings in St. Louis as well. We expect Dallas to have a much better defensive performance and we also expect St. Louis to have a let down offensively here as well. Note, the Under is 5-2 in the last 7 meetings between these two teams as though the last game went to 7 games, we expect this game to have the tenor of the first game.
6-Unit Play. #507. Take Under 191.5 Toronto vs. Miami (Tuesday @ 8:05pm est)
We roll with the Under here as Miami is on a revenge angle against Toronto. This is why the line is just 4.5 if you wonder and not something closer to 6 points to 7 points. Note, that Miami when on revenge, having lost to this Toronto team now in 3 straight contests retort to their defense first and foremost. This team prides itself on defense even when Lebron James was there and now post Lebron James. And, this team has shown a lot of pride that they refuse to fold even when James is gone as this team is led by Dwayne Wade even when Lebron was there or wasn't there. Wade understands he will always have 1 more championship that James and that James came to his team. In fact, if I was Kevin Durant, I would be more interested in going to Miami to help a team get over the top rather than joining a Warriors team that has already won a championship with this core without him. Remember, the Heat will not win the Championship this year regardless but with Durant they could and it makes his legacy look better. Miami likely plays fantastic defense with revenge today and note that the Under is 6-0 for the Heat when they play on the road against a team with a winning percentage of greater than 60% and the Under is 6-1 for the Raptors when playing on a day of rest as well.
