For Tuesday, Raise the Bar 1500♦ is Chicago with Qunitana on the RUN LINE over Minnesota with Gibson. At 8:00 am eastern time, the White Sox are -1 1/2 runs, +115 both in Vegas and offshore. Note: Both listed pitchers must start, or there is NO ACTION on this release.
Let's start with the fact the Minnesota Twins are just 9-26 on the road this season!
We continue with the fact the Minnesota Twins have not won a game yet in the season series against the White Sox, as Chicago is 6-0 this season against Minnesota and all 6 of the wins have come by 2 runs or more. In fact, the Pale Hose have taken 8 of the last 10 versus Minny, and all 8 of the wins have also been by 2 runs or better.
Throw in the fact Kyle Gibson has not won this season, and is 0-2 with an ERA of 6.00 in his 3 starts back in the rotation after returning from injury, and I think you can see why I like the value the ChiSox bring to the table on the RUN LINE tonight.
True, Jose Quintana has been struggling of late, but his team has been slugging away lately, and they enter with 5 wins in their last 7 games overall.
I will ride the White Sox to win this series opener by at least 2 runs.
Note: Both listed pitchers must start, or there is NO ACTION on this release.
