This game was postponed on Tuesday, but is the first game of DH today!!

Today we are on St.Louis RL (-110) over San Diego. Although the payoff today won't be quite as good as Monday, we like this game again today. Martinez gets the start for St.Louis, and he has been as dominate as an any starter in the gae lately. In his last 8 starts he has flashed just a 1.02 ERA. The Card offense continues to put up runs. Yesterday in a win for us, they put up another 10 runs while hitting 3 more homeruns. Grichuk hit one of those homers and has now driven in 7 runs in the last 6 games for St.Louis.

Today we are on Texas/LAA over 8 1/2. This total was a winner for us yesterday, and there is plenty of reason to like it again today. Both starters come into this game with ERA's over 4.00. However it is how hot both offenses are that gets our attention. The Angels scored 17 runs the last two games, and Puhols is in one of his streaks. He hit 2 3 run homers yesterday, and has hit 4 homers in his last 3 games. Trout is hitting the ball at an unbelieveable pace, and the rest of the team is joining in. For Texas, they have an All Star lineup with Odor, Desmond, and Mazara to name a few. The problem has been pitching where they have now lost 13 of their last 17 as the pitching has given up 8 runs or more 9 times during this stretch.

Today we are on Houston ML over Oakland. Although Oakland has played well lately, we like the pitching advantage that Houston has in this game. Fister gets the call and he has been terrific on the road this year winning 5 of his last 6 had giving up more than 3 runs in just 1 of his last 10 starts. The offense has had Altuve and Correra hot since the break. Altuve has gone 12 for 21, while Correa is 6 of 17 in that same time period. Springer continues his power campaign with 21 homeruns for the Astro's.
