Analysis: Play 3 Units even at +1
I bought this up to +3, but to be honesty the Bengals should have no problem winning this game.....Bengals come in off a TIE game two weeks ago...That didn't sit well with them I'm sure....They also come in here off a BYE and behind in the division...Good thing for the Bengals is they have a few games in a row to do some damage in this division..Bengals are still players in the division and they should make a statement tonight....The Giants record is a lot better on the surface...I don't believe they are a true 5-3...They beat some bad teams this year and played some teams that just had some funky issues overall....Giants got outplayed in the stat dept. last week Vs. Philly...It was Philly who did themselves in with the turnovers early in the game..Giants let the Eagles have 445 yards of total offense in that game..Giants struggled to do much after the quick start....Giants also get a home game next week Vs. Bears then on the road at Cleveland...If they are looking ahead, this game will sneak up on them...Bengals are very good on defense, but the season numbers don't really show it..Bengals have had some good teams with some good players and QB's go up against them...I think the overall season stats are false....Dalton has gotten much more comfortable with the offense and now has a real passing game...AJ Green and Eifert should pose a big concern for the Giants...I think the Bengals running game does real damage here though....Giants rush defense ranks 8th, but I think that's false as well..Giants haven't faced a true running team all season..They will in this one and the Giants pass defense is rather bad..If Wentz lit them up for 364yds, I can only imagine what Dalton will do with a weeks extra prep....Giants coming off a division game might be a banged up as well...We know how much Eli hates to be pressured and the Bengals rank about 14th in the league...Giants can't sack the QB at all as they are tied for dead last getting after the QB....Giants have benefited from a very weak schedule and some very lucky turn of event...Bengals go into NY and bust the Gia nts up and win this one...+3 is a super solid wager, but any points at all it worth 3 units in my eyes..I'll take a chunk of ML in this one as well...Bengals roll 30-20 outright.
