7-Unit Play. #506. Take Memphis -2 over Oklahoma City (Thursday @ 8:05pm est)
We roll with Memphis here as they hook up against OKC in the hopes that we will reach a new season high in the NBA and move past the +$3000 mark. Note, that Memphis comes off back to back losses and will be motivated to do well here. This is a team that has won 20 games this year and is 12-7 on the year. They come off losses to Boston by 13 points on the road (not covering) and 10 points to Orlando on the road (not covering, but don't hold that loss against them, Orlando had revenge). Now, this team returns home where they beat Houston who is one of the best teams in the league as only a 3.5 point underdog which speaks volumes because they were respected that much by oddsmakers as just a small home underdog. This team also beat Cleveland and Golden State as well. Remember, this is the only team that has shown the prowess to beat 3 powerhouse squads in Houston, Golden State and Cleveland. As this team has their backs against the walls today, needing a win, off back to back losses and revenge against OKC for an 18 point loss suffered last year while OKC is due for a let down here after a series of wins, don't be surprised to see Memphis get up for this game and get it done.
