The St Louis Cardinals will look to get things back on track after losing five of their last six games when they hit the road to take on the Phillies at Citizen's Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA on Tuesday night. Mike Leake (5-6, 3.14 ERA, 1.09 WHIP) will get the start for the Cardinals and he will be opposed by Jeremy Hellickson (5-5, 4.91 ERA, 1.33 WHIP), who is scheduled to get the call on the hill for the Phillies. Two teams that have been trending to the over will meet when the New York Mets take on the Dodgers at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday night. The Mets have posted a perfect 6-0-1 record to the over in their last seven games where they faced a starting pitcher with a WHIP of 1.15 or lower and they have gone an excellent 11-4-3 to the over in their last eighteen games versus a team from the NL West.
