Take Hamilton/B.C. GAME TOTAL OVER as my 8-Unit CFL Game of the Year for Friday night. This pick falls into one of my top CFL systems and I have this game flying over the posted total Friday night. The O/U is 8-0 for the Ti-Cats in their last 8 trips to Vancouver and the O/U is 7-3 for the Ti-Cats in their last 10 games after failing to cover the spread in their previous game. The O/U is 7-3 for the Lions in their last 10 home games and the last time these two teams met there was 67 points this season as B.C. won 41-26 in Hamilton. June Jones is getting this Ti-Cats offense headed in the right direction and they have put up 24 points or more in two of their last 3 games overall. The Lions put up 41 points in their last home game and they are averaging over 33 ppg in their last 4 home games overall. Hamilton and B.C. are also banged up defensively so I expect a lot of fireworks Friday night. Play the OVER as we make it 7-3 70% the last 9 weeks in the CFL.Comment

We roll with the Under here between these two teams on Friday Night in the hopes that we kick off our week 1-0 with a solid winner. For starters, it is a good sign that the public is on the Over in this game as we like the Under. Utah played Arizona last year and beat them 36-23 and this is a big revenge game for Arizona. Note, that Utah has scored 37 against UND and 54 against San Jose State. However, when they have faced a remotely competent defense like BYU they scored just 19 points. BYU's defense is ranked 82nd in the nation and Arizona this year is ranked is ranked 76th in offense but take a closer look and you will see them ranked 41st in points allowed. This team has a coach on the hot seat and is 2-1 to start the year and you better believe Utah is aware that they scored 62 in their first game and 63 against UTEP on the road. But, when Arizona faced a somewhat competent defense in Houston, the final score was 16-19 as they fell short at home. Note, Utah is the 12th ranked defense in the nation and #1 ranked rush defense in the nation. Look for defense to be paramount as both offenses are in for a big let down this Friday Night.Comment
