We like the Clippers today. The Clippers are a team that likely will not go to the playoffs - but per this game, on this day, they likely get it done. Remember, this team is not ready to give the mantl over of being LA's team after all these years of doing great. Sure, the Clippers don't have Chris Paul anymore but at the same time, they are getting great quality advice from Jerry West and this team and with Blake Griffin, DeAndre Jordan, Austin Rivers, Milos Tedosic, Gallinari, Sindarius Thornwell, Beverly, Lou Williams, Decker and Marshall Plumlee, this team has some qualiy talent. Essentially, that's 10 guys who have all played major minutes in the NBA and combine that with the Lakers needing some time to gel as a young unit going forward and the nerves that come with it, we like the Clippers here to get it done here given their experience as a team. Make no mistake, the Lakers will get better as the season goes on, but per this game we like the Clippers and their veteran play to get it done as note the Clippers are 6-1-1 ATS when playing on more than 3 days rest and the Lakers are 4-9 ATS when playing the NBA Pacific.
