That's what I have heard (just like RAS line moves). Also looking more into it his claim of -145 average play is total bullshit. I got in contact with a few guys that have bought his plays in the past and they said he is a scammer (surprise surprise). The plays they got were between -200 to -240 and hit around 50%

-200 is low. He can give out -400 and -500
