So we have the 64th ranked (my power ratings) Utah Utes laying 3 at honme against a rising Mizzou team who is 2-0, waxed Iowa State early and both teams are 2-0, but I have Mizzou as my 27th power ranked team, and catching this number on the road with a young but very talented team. The spread difference is 6 points in MIzzou';s favor(power ratings) and they are getting 3 points which is a 9 point overlay, which is massive and if this was the regular season this would be a large move for Mizzou. It is early season so I back that off and it is a first road trip so I am making it a standard play. Mike Porter Jr is Mizzou's stud recruit who came along with their new head coach, and he is seeing limited and I mean very limited minutes. I guess this line is based on a young team who is traveling but I am impressed with Mizzou top to bottom and I am not impressed with Utah's backcourt in this matchup. Also Mizzou's head coach Cuonzo Martin came over from Cal, and he knows the Utah program and has coached against them twice in 2016 so that is also a huge plus in prepping his team for this game.
