4-Unit Play. #730. Take Over 150.5 James Madison vs. Florida (Wednesday @ 7pm est)
Florida is mad at the world and this sets up for a good spot to take them here as they face James Madison. Remember, Florida is furious at losing a slew of games including recently to Clemson as they fell short by a bucket at home and only scored 69 points. This is a team that put up 66 points against a good Cincinnati team and against foes outside the top 200 they have dropped 116 on Gardner Webb and 108 against North Florida. They even put up 108 on Stanford as well. So, you get an angry Florida team who has lost 4 of their last 5 games facing a James Madison team who put up 78 points on a good Northern Kentucky team and you might have a very high scoring affair this evening as this is likely to be a very high scoring game between an angry Florida team and a JMU team who will get up for this game.
4-Unit Play. #707. Take Under 199.5 Miami Heat vs. Boston Celtics (Wednesday @ 7:35pm est)
The Heat come off giving up a 110 points to quite possibly the worst team in the league in the Hawks their last game, so they are angry at the world and Boston has revenge from a 6 point loss to Miami their last meeting and also giving up 111 points to the Pacers which will not bode well for this team. What you have here is a good spot for the Celtics to bounce-back defensviely as well as the Heat to bounce-back defensively, not to mention Boston to get some revenge so therefore it likely goes favorite/under - more importantly, it likely goes under here.
3-Unit Play. #713. Take Over 210.5 Chicago Bulls vs. Orlando Magic (Wednesday @ 8:05pm est)
The Magic come into this game with huge revenge against the Bulls and the Bulls are on a great winning streak and their offense is clicking with ease now. But, the Bulls have the Cavs on deck and likely will have a let down defensively and the Magic will be up for this game in a big way and what you will see is a fast paced game that likely goes over the posted total with the Magic being good active underdogs and the Bulls having a defensive let down with the Cavs on deck.
3-Unit Play. #706. Take Over 214 Indiana vs. Atlanta Hawks (Wednesday @ 7:35pm est)
You have an Atlanta team that is playing great basketball of late against the better teams in the league including winning outright against Miami and a team in Indian who they did not score more than 90 points against the last time they met. You have a team in Indiana who will overlook the Hawks here and what you'll likely get is a weaker defensive performance and the Hawks wanting to run, run, run and consequently, look for the Hawks to be an active underdog and send this game over the posted total today.Comment

This matchup is simply about who is playing better right now. The St. Louis Blues have lost three of four and their metrics have not been good the last couple of weeks. Calgary, meanwhile, has lost three of four as well. However, the Flames haven't been outshot in 10 straight games. 2-Unit Play. Take #730 Florida (-21.5) over James Madison (7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20)
Florida has fallen off a cliff, losing four of their last five games. They need something good to happen and I think that they are going to lay the wood to a bad James Madison team here. This is JMU's first game against a team from a power conference so we haven't seen them get ramrodded yet. They have been blown out by teams like Old Dominion and Texas-San Antonio though, and these guys don't play any defense. Florida should get back to running and gunning here and I think they will get a big win and get themselves back on track.
1-Unit Play. Take #734 Oakland (-4.5) over Towson (7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20)
1-Unit Play. Take #738 Mississippi State (-22) over Arkansas-Little Rock (8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20)
Arkansas-Little Rock has fallen off a cliff. It was just a couple years ago that this was an NCAA Tournament team. Now they are getting demolished by teams like Bradley and Robert Morris. They've only won two games against D-I opponents and lost to a D-II school to open the year. This team is beat up, is young, and is swimming way out of its depth. Ben Howland's group is coming off a 31-point win over a better UT-Martin team and they have also scored 30-point wins over bad teams like Alabama State and Florida A&M, so we know they have it in them.
2-Unit Play. Take #758 Furman (+15.5) over Tennessee (9 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20)
This is a letdown/look ahead spot for the Vols. They are coming off an emotional game against North Carolina over the weekend and likely won't have the same juice for this contest against an inferior opponent. The Vols also have a big game with Wake Forest coming up this weekend and are probably looking ahead to that. Tennessee can get loose with the ball and that will make it tough to hold a big lead. This same group only beat Lipscomb by 10 points on Dec. 9 so their attention can wane. Furman is a really experienced team and I think this game means more to them than to Tennessee.
1-Unit Play. Take #745 Kansas State (-9) over Washington State (11 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 20)
We hit with Washington State their last time out, but I'm going to dive back in against them here. This team is all over the map and I think that consistency is going to be a problem for this team all year. They will have some big wins and some big losses along the way. Kansas State has some quality guard play and they have the experience edge in this one as well. I think that this line is high for a reason. And even though the public is piling onto the Cougars I will go with the Wildcats to pull away late and get this one by about 12 or 13 points.
