Chicago is now 10-2 straight up and 11-1 ATS since Nikola Mirotic added value with his good play and pushed the horrendously bad Cristiano Felicio to the end of the bench (he has a -165 plus-minus in just 321.7 minutes). I’ve been Chicago in nearly every one of those games and I still see good value on the Bulls today, as my ratings favor Washington by just 3 ½ points. I’ll take Chicago in a 2-Star Best Bet at +7 points or more and for 1-Star down to +6.
**L.A. CLIPPERS (-2.5) over Charlotte
Rotation #814 – 4 pm Pacific
I’ve been riding the Clippers lately, as I have them pegged as an underrated team based on my player-specific ratings. LAC is 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games and the Clippers are clearly a better than average team right now. LAC should be able to handle a Charlotte team that is just 5-13 straight up in their last 18 games and could be due for a letdown after upsetting the Warriors on Friday night (they haven’t won consecutive games in over 5 weeks). My ratings favor the Clippers by 6 ½ points and I’ll play LAC in a 2-Star Best Bet at -4 points or less.
