  Huge letdown spot today for Penn State as they are coming off a last second three-point win at Ohio State. Now they come home and play less than 48 hours later against a club that to a man they believe they should be able to beat easily. This is the kind of situation that we like to take advantage of, especially when the Nittany Lions will be definitely looking ahead to their battle this week against Michigan State. Rutgers lost their last game at home to a very good Nebraska club and they took that game right down to the wire eventually losing by 6. We really like the situation for the Scarlet Knights getting an extra days rest and they will not be intimidated coming to State College. Last year they won on this same court as 8-point underdogs and although we do not believe they will win OR, we like them to be very competitive in this spot. At the time of this writing Rutgers are an 8 1/2 point underdog and we will take those points. Backing our selection is the fact that Road team is 6-2 ATS in the last 8 meetings between the clubs and the fact that the Scarlet Knights are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games following an ATS loss.

  The Cardinal come to Pauley Pavilion losers of two straight games to meet the Bruins who they beat in double overtime three weeks ago. At the time of this writing, we are getting six points with Stanford and we will be more than happy to take them. Stanford had a real slow start on Thursday night against the Trojans but stormed back to almost beat them losing by five. We like seeing a club with some heart especially on the road where they could just pack that game in after halftime. They will be ready to come out to play against a UCLA club who has been having their troubles. UCLA stopped a three-game losing streak in their last game by beating conference dweller California. We just really have not been impressed with UCLA at all of late, and tonight they could be without senior C- Thomas Welsh. Even if he does start, he will definitely not be 100%. That alone could be the difference for Stanford to win this game OR. We know that UCLA has revenge for the double overtime loss but we believe they are just not the team that they were earlier in the year. Backing our selection is the fact that the Cardinal are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 vs. the PAC 12 and the fact that the Underdog is 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings between the clubs.
  So lets get the job done with the Stanford Cardinal.

OKC is starting to play some solid basketball, and Russell Westbrook is at the forefront. Westbrook is leading the charge for a Thunder team that is starting to gel. The Thunder are also getting some great minutes from Steven Adams as well. This is a small line but Detroit just won't have the firepower to get the job done. Yes, this game could stay close for a while but in the end OKC is just too much on both ends of the floor.
