Colonial battle tonight between William & Mary and Hofstra, and if you take a gander at the standings, you will see these conference-rivals are pretty close in the standings, as the Tribe stands at 9-5, while the Pride stands at 8-6. The first series meeting back on December 30th did go William & Mary's way, 90-87 as the -1 1/2 point home favorite.
Perhaps Hofstra gains the season series split, but this sure looks like another right down to the wire contest to me, making the points worth a look, especially with Hofstra at just 3-4 straight up their last 7 games, and only 2-4-1 in their lined home games this season.
William & Mary has been money on the road, as the Co-Eds tote in a 5-2 straight up road Colonial mark, while covering in 6 of their 7 on the conference trail. Overall they stand at 9-2 against the spread away from Williamsburg.
The Tribe has captured 2 of the last 3 in this series both straight up and against the spread, and while they may not get the straight up, going to play them plus the points for at least the cover.
