Free Pick on Nets +
I'm recommending backing the Nets at basically a pick'em at home against the Hornets on Wednesday. Brooklyn has won two straight and while they are just 4-7 SU in their last 11 games, they have gone 7-4 ATS during this stretch. They come in red-hot offensively, having scored 114 or more in each of their last 3 games and have shot 50% or better in each of their last two.
Charlotte is technically still alive for a playoff spot in the east, but it's a long shot for them to make it. The Hornets are 7.5-games back of the Bucks for the 8th and final spot with just 11 games left on the schedule. I believe they have come to terms with the fact that they aren't going to make it and it's a big reason why they are just 2-8 SU and 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games. I think it's going to be really hard for the Hornets to find a reason to get motivated down the stretch, especially on the road against bad teams. Take Brooklyn!

NBA | Clippers vs Bucks
Play on: Bucks -5 -106 at 5Dimes
Jack’s Free Pick Wednesday: Milwaukee Bucks -5
The Milwaukee Bucks will be rested and ready to go tonight at home against the Los Angeles Clippers. They will be playing just their 3rd game in 7 days and will have plenty in the tank for the Clippers. They will also be motivated to try and move up in the Eastern Conference standings.
The Los Angeles Clippers have really hurt their chances of making the playoffs by going 0-4 SU & 1-3 ATS in their last four games overall. I think their morale after this losing streak can’t be high at all right now. And now they find themselves in a very difficult situation tonight.
The Clippers will be playing the 2nd of a back-to-back and their 5th game in 7 days. They will also be playing their 5th road game in their last 6, so there has been a lot of travel in between. They won’t have much gas left here for the Bucks tonight.
Los Angeles is 3-11 ATS after allowing 120 points or more this season. The Bucks are 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings. The Clippers are 1-5 ATS in their last six games overall. Bet the Bucks Wednesday.

NBA | Nuggets vs Bulls
Play on: Nuggets -9 -108 at pinnacle
Take Denver (#761) Teddy had a HUGE closeout to college hoops last year; hitting 68% start to finish in the Big Dance. He's even hotter this year! Teddy went 9-3 (75%) on the opening weekend of the NCAA Tournament. He’s 31-16 (66%) across all sports in March for himself & his clients heading into Wednesday! Cash in with Teddy's NBA winner tonight & his NCAA Big Ticket tomorrow!
The Denver Nuggets have struggled to bring their ‘A’ game against weaker foes all year. Already on this 0-2 road trip, Mike Malone’s squad has lost at Memphis, allowing the Grizzlies to snap their 19 game losing streak in the process. The Nuggets have alsolost SU at Dallas, at home to Phoenix at home to Atlanta and at Sacramento since the calendar turned to 2018; all as bigger favorites against lottery bound competition.
So what makes tonight’s game different? Two things. First, it’s legitimately ‘circle-the-wagons’ time for this road favorite, as they’ve fallen two games out of the #8 seed in the West in a tight playoff chase. Despite being out of the playoffs if they started today, Denver is only 4 games in the loss column away from hosting a first round series! They are in Game 3 of a seven game road trip – their next home game won’t be until April. Coach Malone, talking about tonight’s game: “Effort, fight, urgency ... cannot be words that we're talking about.” Expect a focused effort from the Nuggets this evening.
Secondly, there’s almost no case to be made for betting on the Chicago Bulls right now. The Bulls have been in full-on tank mode since before the All Star Break. Their only wins since the break have come against fellow lottery teams Memphis, Atlanta and Dallas. Six of their nine losses since the All Star Break have come by 15 points or more, non-competitive in defeat.
Chicago’s ‘Big 3’ building blocks for the future – Lauri Markkanen, Zack LaVine and Kris Dunn – are all hurt; with Dunn out and both Markkanen and LaVine listed as ‘doubtful’. That leaves Fred Hoiberg with very, very little to work with; a mismashed roster of guys who aren’t part of the long term rebuilding process in the Windy City.
Hoiberg’s quote, looking to avoid any ‘tanking’ fines from the league office for leaving his three young studs on the bench: “We understand that these are legitimate things going on. We've still got a lot of things going on with the three guys we accomplished in (last year's) trade -- Kris and Lauri and Zach -- and hopefully we do get them back on the floor sometime soon. When they're ready to go, they're going to be back out there playing again. At the same time, we understand that right now we've got to look at some guys in different situations, which we've done." Expect another no-show from the underdog. Take the Nuggets.
