2018 NHL 77-49 +20.07 units Here’s our best bets for the action ahead:
Arizona Coyotes @ Calgary Flames
Tip: Calgary Flames @ $1.74 (Bet 365)
2018 NBA 58-49 +6.53 units
San Antonio Spurs @ LA Clippers
Back-to-back losses have all but extinguished the Clippers playoff hopes for the season as they limber towards an anti-climatic end to otherwise eventful campaign. Doc Rivers’ side threw away a 16-point lead in their last outing against the Pacers and the body language one show was one of a team that has clearly given up on the season. The Spurs meanwhile are coming off big wins against the Rockets and Thunder where they held their opponents to 83 and 99 points respectively. Their home defence has been a class above, but replicating those efforts on the road has been the the biggest test for Gregg Popovich’s team. That being said, they’re still holding teams to 100.2 points per game on their travels – well under the 110.0 points per game being averaged by the Clippers at home this season. Despite their recent losses the Clippers are still putting up decent defensive numbers, with the team holding opponents to 103.8 points per game on 45% shooting from the field. San Antonio’s offence remains very hit and miss when on the road and the team has averaged just 44.3% shooting from the field on their travels this season. The key here however will be whether the Spurs second unit can shutdown the Clippers bench scoring, which accounts for 43.4% of the team’s offence per game. Their reserves hold teams to 33.5 points per game and if they can keep them around that number here this one will comfortably sail Under the total. The Unders has cashed in five of their last six overall and we’ve got a strong lean on the trend continuing here. San Antonio have kept the Clippers to just 98.6 points per game in their three meetings this season and we feel if their bench can shut down that second unit we should be able to see this one home with ease. Tip: Under 210.0 points @ $1.91 (Centrebet)

5-Unit Play. #723. Take Sacramento Kings PK over Phoenix Suns (Tuesday @ 10:05pm est)
We roll with the Kings here in a great spot against the Suns. The Kings lost both times they played the Suns earlier this year, have revenge and are playing quality basketball right now. This team has not quit on the season and has no interest to quit on the season and that is abundantly clear in the way they have been playing. This squad just beat the Lakers on the road by 1 point as a 7.5 point underdog, lost to Indiana by 3, lost to Utah by 6 and beat Golden State and Miami over their last 10 games as well (they lost to GS in a revenge game recently, but still doesn't take away from their other win). Let's roll with the better team who likely has a very strong day offensively after facing a good Laker defense as we like the Kings to get it done today.
