I'll take my chances here with the red-hot Marlins at home against the Phillies. Miami comes in having won 3 straight and are 5-1 in their last 6, but the betting public wants nothing to do with this team because of how bad they are supposed to be. As a result I feel we are getting some exceptional value here with the Marlins against a slumping Phillies team that has lost 3 straight. Not to mention Miami has the edge on the mound. The Marlins will send out Jarlin Garcia, who has a sensational 0.53 ERA and 0.765 WHIP in 3 starts, which includes 2 road starts at the Yankees and Dodgers. Philadelphia on the other hand is being forced to call up Zach Eflin to fill in for the injured Ben Lively. Eflin isn't anything special. He's got a 5.85 ERA and 1.37 WHIP over 22 career starts and is 2-2 with a 4.05 ERA in 4 starts at Triple-A so far this year. Give me the Marlins -101!
