I'm recommending a play on the UNDER in Wednesday's early MLB action that has the Mets hosting the Blue Jays. I think this is an underrated pitching matchup with New York's Zack Wheeler going up against Toronto's J.A. Happ.
Wheeler is coming off a great start at Cincinnati, as he allowed just 1 run on 4 hits over 6 innings. He's also catching the Blue Jays at the right time. Toronto's offense is in a slump, as they are scoring just 2.9 runs/game and hitting a mere .219 as a team over their last 7 games.
Happ had really been throwing well up until a poor start against the Mariners last time out. I like him to bounce back here with a strong showing and keep this game under the mark. UNDER is 5-0 in Happ's last 5 starts following an outing where he lasted 4 or fewer innings. Take the UNDER!Comment
