7-Unit Play. Take #002 Vegas -140 over Washington (Monday, May 28th at 8:00 PM ET)
Take Vegas on the moneyline as my 7-Unit NHL Smash for Monday night. This pick falls into one of my top NHL systems and Vegas is the superior team in this series. The Jets were the best team left in the playoffs and Vegas beat the Jets thanks to exceptional goaltending. Fleury has been unbeatable in the Playoffs with a save percentage of 94.7% and 95.6% over his last 4 games. Fleury has also owned the Capitals in the past and the Penguins could have sure used his services again, and then it would have been Pittsburgh against Winnipeg in the Stanley Cup Finals. Goaltending is the #1 thing to look at in the Playoffs as you only go as far as your goalie will take you and Marc-Andre Fleury is simply the best. Vegas also has one of the best power-plays in the NHL converting at 24.3% at home this season and they have been unbeatable at home this season. Vegas is also 2-0 against the Capitals this season outscoring them 7-3 over their two meetings and the Capitals penalty kill has been terrible with opponents converting at 27.3% against them over their last 5 games. Play Vegas ML.

ANOTHER huge Game 7 tips off in the NBA as the Warriors look to make it a fourth straight Finals appearance.
The only thing anyone will be talking about is whether Chris Paul is cleared to play for Houston, which makes sense given they are literally zero chance of progressing without him.
The concern here is that Paul has a history of hamstring injuries and they’re not an easy thing to overcome. What also needs to be noted however is that the Warriors have some pretty big concerns of their own.
Andre Iguodala remains doubtful for Game 7 and his absence has had a huge impact on how this series has played out.
The Warriors best line up is with Iguodala on the floor alongside the team’s four All-Stars. His ability to defend the perimeter with his length and athleticism make him a nightmare for any of Houston’s ball players and it’s certainly been noticeable in how his absence has coincided with the breakout of Eric Gordon and Gerald Green in particular.
He won’t be the only player the Warriors are sweating on either, with starter Kevon Looney also questionable with a toe injury sustained in Game 6.
Speaking of breakout performances however, it’s also important to note the show that Klay Thompson put forth in Game 6. His rhythm was certainly in sync but more important was the Warriors ball movement in finding the open man, which is usually going to be Thompson given the focus that Steph Curry and Kevin Durant demand from defenders.
When Golden State move the ball and push out in transition the way they did in Game 6 there’s simply no stopping them, even with Paul in the line up.
The fact they held Houston to just 25 points in the entire second half is a testament to how well this team can defend – especially given this Houston team certainly wasn’t shy in finding their range in the first half.
Yes, Paul was out but that’s no excuse for a team scoring 25 points in 24 minutes of basketball in a conference final, especially when the game is played at that tempo.
Ultimately, this play comes down to the availability of all those mentioned above. We will update our play accordingly once final confirmation comes out but here is where our lean stands.

Tip: Golden State Warriors -6.0 @ $1.94 (Unibet)
