4-Unit Play. Take #951 Chicago (NL) (-115) over Pittsburgh (7:05 p.m. Tuesday, May 29)
The Cubs are slowly turning things around, playing better baseball, and they are ahead of the Pirates in the standings that I think will increase after tonight's contest. Jon Lester has been dynamite over his last five starts allowing just 5 runs over 29.2 innings and I think he will keep Pittsburgh off balance in this contest to continue his stellar pitching as of late. The Pirates will trot out Nick Kingham after being recalled up from the minors for the third time this season as Ivan Nova was placed on the disabled list with a hurt finger. Kingham has won two of his three matchups in the majors but he has allowed 7 earned runs over his last two starts and now that there is some film on him I think Chicago's line up will be able to jump on him. I like Chicago in this one.
Best of Luck
