Right at the top of the line I will lay but I want the win on Monday with a short card and Arizona has reclaimed their top spot in the NL West with the resurgence of Paul Goldschmidt coming on strong at the plate, he makes this team go. Pitt snapped some demons in a 7-1 win at Chicago but continue to be on the road with a 2 hour time switch here and are 6-16 their last 22 games, while Zona is on a 10-3 run.
Joe Musgrove has under a 2 ERA on the season for Pitt, but has only pitched 19 innings all season and never faced Zona as a starter. Zona is dialed in hitting almost .300 as a team against right handers their last 5 and Patrick Corbin takes the mound for the D backs here and is rock solid at home, as the D backs are 16-7 in last 23 home starts, and he is a southpaw which in fact the Pirates are hitting less than .200 as a team against lefties in their recent offensive struggles their last 5 games. Zona's bullpen vastly better in this matchup as well. This line will go up, bet it ASAP
