Ekaterinburg Arena will host Thursday's pitch between France and Peru and I was disappointed on France's play on Saturday but in this match I see them dominating Peru. Peru lost to Denmark 1-0 and I see France controlling ball possession and tempo and France will grab an early goal and win this pitch 2-0.

Take France on the moneyline as my 4-Unit World Cup Smash for early Thursday. This pick falls into one of my top World Cup systems and France is hands down the superior team in this match Thursday. The teams from South America have not been impressive so far in the World Cup and Peru allowed 26 goals in qualifying. France has a much better team than Denmark and Denmark beat Peru 1-0. While France appeared to have their hands full with Australia that was not the case on the stat sheet, as France was the superior team in that match on paper and now they have 1 win under their belt to build on against a mediocre at best Peru team. Play France ML.

1-Unit Play. Take 'Over' 2.0 (-120) Australia vs. Denmark (8 a.m., Thursday, June 21)
Denmark is very much an attacking team. And Australia's defense leaves more than a little bit to be desired. If you look back over the last year then an Australia match has seen fewer than two goals in exactly two of 11 matches. Just twice! The Socceroos allowed two goals in their first match and it should've been four. Denmark is not a team that sits back and waits for play. They like to creep forward and I think that they will be looking for a win and three points to punch their ticket out of Group C. Either way I think there is some solid value here.

6-Unit Play. PARLAY: Take #171 Spain (-480) AND Take #302 Brazil (-490) AND Take #362 Belgium (-330)
This is a three-team moneyline parlay. This total parlay pays out around -110 and I think that it really offers great value. I simply can't see any of these teams not winning their second match. Spain took a draw against Portugal and after flopping in Brazil in 2014 they are going to be more than motivated to make it through to the next round. Brazil is 10-0-3 in group play over the past five World Cups. They took a draw in their match. They will absolutely not be screwing around in their next match, Neymar or no Neymar. And Belgium is just red hot right now and facing a Tunisia team that's way over its head. The bottom line is that all of these moneylines are astronomical for a reason. And that is because all three of these teams are going to win. So let's cash in.

2-Unit Play. Take THE FIELD To Win Group D (-150) over Argentina
Croatia won its first match and has a commanding lead in the standings of Group D. Even if Argentina wins their matchup on Thursday that would still only put these teams in a tie. I don't see a draw in the Iceland-Nigeria match. So either Iceland is going to go to four points or Nigeria will get to three points and, even if Argentina wins, that would leave three teams tied with three points heading into the third leg of play in Group D. The bottom line is that Argentina really put itself behind the eight-ball by taking a draw in its first match. If they lose the second match they are done. And even if they win then there are still a ton of outs here for them to not finish in first place in this group. I think this is great value considering the odds stacked against Messi and Co.

4-unit Play. #225286. Competition: World Cup. Take Denmark -1/2 (-111) over Australia. (Thursday @ 8:00 am est) (For this to Win, Denmark must Win by 1 or more goals, Regulation + Injury time).
Denmark extended it's unbeaten run to five-matches with their second win in a row, a 1-0 win over Peru in their opening match of the World Cup. Denmark has key wins over Mexico (2-0) and Poland (4-0) in the last two years leading up to the World Cup. Denmark is marking their first appearance since the 2010 World Cup where they went 1-2-0, their only victory a 2-1 decision over Cameroon, losing to Netherlands and Japan. In World Cup qualifying Denmark went 7-2-3 going unbeaten in their last seven-matches. For Australia, this team played more matches than any other side to reach the World Cup having to beat Honduras in a playoff to reach the Finals. Australia lost their first match 2-1 to France to snap a three-match unbeaten run with big wins over the Czech Republic (4-0) and a Honduras (3-1). This will be the third time these two have played with Denmark holding a 2-1-0 record winning the last match 2-0 in a 2012 Friendly.

4-unit Play. Take Over 2.5 Goals France vs. Peru (Thursday @ 11am)
We roll with the Over here as Peru needs a win and they need a win badly as Denmark probably picks up another win against Australia which means it's a must win here for Peru and they need to score goals after losing 0-1 against Denmark. Look for a highly motivated active underdog here to push the game Over and for France to be a little sharper today than their first game as this will be a high scoring affair.
