I've got to go with LUCKY IN LIFE. With Santiago aboard her, this filly will almost certainly be able to break out quickly in this race. Love when any animal makes a quick comeback. She has been running very well and the Equibase Speed Figures are among the best in this group. SUMMIE BABY - Has been running strongly lately and will most likely be on or close to the front end early on. This filly is coming back in next to no time to race. DADDY WAS A HUSSLA - Should be carefully examined here on the basis of the figs in the speed section alone. Is a key contender - given the 58 Equibase Speed Figure from her most recent race.

CONGRATS TO M K - A thoroughbred coming back this rapidly after a strong outing is a good signal. Traditional angle - 3rd or 4th start after a layoff generally leads to a big effort. Going to run a good one. ISTHMUS - The rider/handler tandem of Oliveros and Spiess has a strong ROI together. I really like sprint horses that make a fast turnaround. Oliveros rode this entrant for the initial time last out and comes right back in today's contest. This gelding is utmost in EPS (earnings per start). Check out this thoroughbred in the saddling ring. DOROTHY'S DIAMOND - Gelding has shown some speed. This shorter trip should be better for him. This jockey and conditioner's animals have been generating a profitable ROI. WISDOM OF THE DUKE - If this gelding gets out of the gate cleanly, he'll be tough to catch. Journet is right back for another race today after getting on board this horse for the first time on May 26th and ought to know the ropes to this one a little better.
