I'm backing the Giants with Rodriguez over Miley. Wade Miley makes his third start since May 8, with an OK outing at home and a poor road start thus far. That's exactly what has plagued Miley over the last few seasons...he struggles on the road. Miley has a 5.69 ERA & 1.64 WHIP in his last 52 road outings. His Brewers likely won't give him enough help at the plate. After all, they're on a 0-6 road slide and they're also 0-6 in their last half-dozen games against right-handers. Dereck Rodriguez keeps rolling along. And while he's young, the right-hander has been used sparingly enough (10 appearances / 8 starts) where he won't suffer from over-use like some young guys do post-all star break. Rodriguez owns a sizzling 2.72 ERA & 1.15 WHIP and has a .206 BAA at home. This marks his first start against the Brewers and he's yet to face a single current player on the roster?advantage Rodriguez.
