Pena is in after allowing just one unearned run over six innings against the San Diego Padres in his last start, last Wednesday. The right-hander faced the Diamondbacks at Angel Stadium on June 19, when he gave up just one run over four innings. He is 0-1 with a 2.65 ERA over his last three starts, so he'll be on top of his game tonight, aiming for a win.

But so will Corbin, who is riding a three-start winning streak and has won his last four decisions. In his last trip to the mound, Corbin allowed three runs over seven innings and did not walk a batter while striking out seven Texas Rangers. Tonight he catches an Angels team that has split its last 10 and is playing its eighth road game in nine days, and 20th game in 23 days spanning six cities.

This pick falls into one of my top WNBA systems and although I do see Phoenix putting up 85+ points tonight I do not see Dallas getting over 75 points. I fully expect the Mercury to step up big time defensively in this game and when the defensive pressure is on the Wings they have struggled this season. All 3 of the games played between these two teams went under the current posted total of 177 this season and the last time Dallas went to Phoenix the total score was 164 points.
