10* Dallas The Cowboys are locked in at plus three points right now on that all important number. It’s a new bunch of guys to pass to as the Cowboys head into the year with free agent acquisition Allen Hurns as the team’s top wideout. There’s no tape on how the routes will be ran for him and rookie third-round pick Michael Gallup along with Cole Beasley and former seventh-round pick TE Geoff Swaim. RB Elliot will give Zak Prescott many options on the pass. Elliot may be in position to win the rushing title this year. He’s focused to start a year with no league problems and is the fastest player in the NFL to get to the line of scrimmage. Carolina is playing with two rookie linebackers and so many things will be thrown their way. No RV Turner is the Panthers new offensive coordinator and yet unproven for his team in game one. I love the Cowboys opening on the road where there is less pressure. Look for a solid performance by Dallas.
