Who has Florid reall played up to this point? They played Kentucky a strong defensive front and ended up losing to them 16-27 and then faced Colorado State who had beat Arkansas at home but who has one of the worst defenses in the league in genearl. Then, they faced a Tennessee team who is no where near ready for primetime under Pruitt. So, what you have is a Florida team primed to go on the road, to face Mullen's former team who will be more than ready to face him. And, what you have is a Mississippi State team that is so angry at their terrible performance last week against this very Kentucky team on the road, that as they return home, as their top 25 team is up in the air and as their coach has come out and said that are mad and will play with a lot pride at home, look for Mississippi State to play with a lot heart and pride and do well at home. This defensive front is too good and this running game is too good not to be effective against a Florida front line that is too inexperienced at this point. You get Florida off a high and Miss State off a terrible loss and the Bulldogs are 6-1 ATS when they face a team with a winning record and the home team is 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. Remember, Mississippi State scored 7 points last week, just 7, Fitzgerlald threw for 145 yards and 0 touchdowns and 1 interception, and simply gave up only 80 passing yards roughly but over 200 rushing yards which was the difference. Mississippi State bounces back in a gig way this weekend.
