Wednesday comp play comes in the NHL as I look for Vancouver to win on their home ice over Chicago.
The Canucks have been a pleasant surprise this year, as they enter play for Wednesday with a 7-6 mark. That includes a 5-2 win over Minnesota on Monday night on their home ice. The Canucks boast the likely rookie-of-the-year in one Elias Pettersson who already has 7 goals this year which is remarkable considering he has missed 6 games with a concussion!
As for the Blackhawks, they are looking to snap a 2-game losing streak, but more importantly, they are looking to snap a 4-game series losing streak to the Canucks.
Not sure Chicago should be the favored team here?
Line value tonight in the lone NHL clash rests with the host.
Take 'em.
Vancouver the play.
