4-Unit Play. #820. Take St. Louis -5 over Rhode Island (Sunday @ 4pm est)4-Unit Play. #822. Take Louisville -6.5 over Miami (Sunday @ 6pm est)4-Unit Play. #825. Take Over 129 Wisconsin vs. Penn State (Sunday @ 7:30pm est)Long story short here on these 3 selections as we look for another 3-0 sweep similar to yesterday's 2-0 sweep (note, we went 2-0 in the NFL Playoffs too for +$1100 and we have a big 4*Selection tonight as we aim to go 3-0 for +$1500 in the NFL Playoffs), St. Louis has years of revenge against Rhode Island and with Travis Ford having an elite defense and massive revege and coming off a terrible loss 2 games ago and bouncing back big against App State, look for St. Louis to clamp down heavily on the defensive end as that defense is fantastic and that gets it done for them here. Louisville could not be more pissed after losing to Kentucky and Miami is not that good this year losing to 4 teams outside the top 100 and that does not bode well for them as they face an angry Chris Mack Louisville team today. Per the late night game, look for the Over as Penn State was a fabulous active dog at Michigan and their offense gets it going tod
OC Dooley:
"2 UNIT" PRIMETIME COLLEGE BASKETBALL LINETRACKER SIDE (Penn State +2 at home versus Wisconsin in a 7:30 eastern tipoff telecast on Big 10 Network): At most offshore locations this game opened as a virtual "pick em" but due to the one-game suspension of Penn State head coach Pat Chambers (for shoving a player during a timeout) there has been two-point swing in the direction of Wisconsin even though the Badgers have lost 3 of their most recent 5 outings. I am aware that Penn State is 0-for-3 within the ultra competitive Big Ten Conference but there most recent clash with Wisconsin resulted in a ONE POINT game to the significant shift of this particular offshore number speaks volumes. Penn State was "tested" in the last game visiting #2 ranked Michigan
4 Unit Play. Take #816 George Mason -5.5 over St. Bonaventure (4:00p.m., Sunday January 6 NBCS)
The Atlantic 10 conference continues today at EagleBank Arena and this play is all against the Bonnies road play as of late. The Bonnies are a complete mess on the road going winless on true road games and games being played on a neutral court. George Mason comes into this home game off a big road win against St. Joes 85-60 and the Patriots have won 5 out 7. If the Patriots play like they did against St. Joes at home they I see the Pats winning this game by double-digits and we get back to cashing NCAAB tickets. The Bonnies are 0-6-1 ATS in their last 7 road games and the Patriots are 9-3 ATS against conference opponents. Also, lets throw in that the favorite in this series is a perfect 7-0 ATS.
Wayne Root’s EAGLES vs BEARS POINTSPREAD ROMP, Sunday
No Limit--Chicago - It’s not a good time for QB Foles to have sore ribs. Can you imagine having Mack hit you there in cold weather? Philadelphia may have gotten into the postseason but it’s definitely an uphill climb from here. The Eagles are banged up and their secondary is extremely vulnerable, as we’ve seen all season long. Foles is going to be under duress from an aggressive Bears defense that can get pressure with or without the blitz. That spells so much trouble. The Bears will limit Trubisky to giving the ball to Jordan Howard. Howard is the team’s leading ground gainer with 250 carries for 935 yards and nine touchdowns on the year. Chicago is 12-4 ATS this season because of defense. Home field, fans and a great defense will continue to be their reasons for success. Chicago is #1 in scoring defense by allowing only 17 points a contest.

6-Unit Play. Take #025 Washington -160 over Detroit (Sunday, January 6 at 5:00 PM ET)
Take Washington on the Moneyline as my 6-Unit NHL Smash for Sunday. This pick falls into one of my top NHL systems and the Capitals have averaged 3.5 goals per game on the road this season. The Red Wings have one of the worst penalty-kills in the NHL at home this season with opponents converting 29.2% of their chances with the extra man against them. The Red Wings have given up an average of 4.4 goals per game over their last 5 games and now they face a hungry Capitals team that has dropped 3 straight games. We did win with the Red Wings over Nashville as a nice dog on Friday night however that was a strong situational play for me and this Red Wings team is not that good. The Capitals are 4-0 in their last 4 games when playing their 3rd game in 4 nights and they are 16-6 in their last 22 games overall. The Capitals are also 27-11 in the last 38 road games and the Red Wings are just 7-22 in their last 29 home games when playing a team that has a winning record on the road. The Capitals are also 8-2 in their last 10 games against the Red Wings. Play Washington Moneyline.
4-Unit Play. Take #029 Edmonton +140 over Anaheim (Sunday, January 6 at 8:00 PM ET)
Take Edmonton on the Moneyline as my 4-Unit NHL Smash for Sunday. This pick falls into one of my top NHL systems and Anaheim has averaged just 1.8 goals per game over their last 5 games. The Oilers power-play has been on fire converting at 27.3% over their last 5 games and 21% on the road this season. This is a hungry Ducks team that has lost 7 straight games however, this is also a hungry Oilers team that has perhaps the best player in the NHL. The Ducks are just 7-19 in the last 26 games when playing with one day of rest, and I actually like the fact that Edmonton just played yesterday against the Kings since they will be ready to go tonight after that 0-4 rout. Play Edmonton ML
