The Key: I believe this is a hangover spot for the Memphis Tigers. They are coming off a home win against Wichita State followed by a road loss at previously unbeaten Houston. They won’t be motivated to face East Carolina tonight after just facing Houston. And ECU is not a team to be taken lightly. The Pirates proved that last time out with their 73-71 upset win over Cincinnati as 17.5-point dogs. The Pirates have been a thorn in the Tigers’ side in recent meetings as well. ECU is 7-2 ATS in its last 9 meetings with Memphis, including 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road meetings. Take East Carolina.

Love the value here with Edmonton as a small home favorite against the Panthers. Edmonton hasn't played as well as they would have hoped for, but are still within striking distance and should be primed for a big showing in their first game back home after a 4-game road trip. It will be their first home game of 2019.
While wins have been tough to come by for Edmonton, they did take 2 of 4 on their road trip and are catching Florida at the perfect time. The Panthers have lost 3 straight and things got so bad in their last game at Pittsburgh, head coach Bob Boughner had to pull guys for a lack of effort. Florida has allowed the first goal in 7 straight games and simply aren't a team to be trusted in the slightest on the road.
It's also worth noting that Edmonton will be out for revenge from a 4-1 loss at Florida back in November, as this sets the Oilers up in a very profitable system. Favorites revenging a road loss of 2 or more goals and are off a road loss to a division rival are a dominant 78-28 (74%) against the money line over the last 5 seasons. Take Edmonton!

I'll take my chances here with Sacramento getting back on track at home against the Pistons. The Kings come in having lost 5 of their last 6. A bad stretch, but it could have went a lot different. The first 4 losses came by 7 points or less including hard-fought home losses to the likes of the Blazers, Nuggets and Warriors.
They got back on track with a 16-point win at home over Orlando then inexplicably laid an egg in the 2nd half of a 115-111 loss at Phoenix. A game in which they led by 21 points and also finished with a ridiculous 25 turnovers. I just like the overall product that I have seen from the Kings and there's not much to like with the Pistons.
Detroit has won a grand total of 5 games since Dec. 1st. They are 1-6 in their last 7 and will be playing in the 2nd leg of a back-to-back road set. I also think this isn't a game they will be all that interested in. While Blake Griffin returned tot he Staples Center for the first time as an opponent, that was against the Lakers. He will return and face his former team on Sunday. My bet is they are looking ahead and won't show up tonight. Give me the Kings -5!

The Oregon State Beavers are a veteran bunch full of coach’s sons. Tres Tinkle (20.5 PPG, 8.6 RPG, 4.2 APG is the son of head coach Wayne Tinkle and is arguably the best player in the Pac-12. Senior guard Stephen Thompson Jr. (14.2 PPG, 4.1 RPG, 3.5 APG) and sophomore Ethan Thompson (12.3 PPG, 5.6 RPG) are the sons of assistant coach Stephen Thompson.
This formidable trio has led the Beavers to a 9-4 start this season. Their four losses have all come by 6 points or fewer, so they have been in every game and are close to being 13-0. They have gone 5-1 SU & 4-2 ATS at home this season, winning by 14.9 points per game on average. They are also coming off an impressive upset win at Oregon last time out.
USC has had some key injuries and departures that have set them back. The Trojans are just 9-6 this season, including 1-4 SU & 1-4 ATS in all road games this season. They are 0-2 SU & 0-2 ATS in true road games, losing by 11 at Oklahoma as 8.5-point dogs and getting upset by 10 at Santa Clara as 8.5-point favorites. They also lost by 35 to TCU on a neutral and by 15 to Texas Tech on a neutral. They weren’t even competitive against those four teams.
Oregon State will be playing with triple-revenge after losing all three meetings with the Trojans last season, including their loss in the Pac-12 Tournament. It’s safe to say the Beavers will be highly motivated for a victory tonight. Oregon State is 7-0 ATS in its last seven home games after allowing 40% shooting or less in three consecutive games coming in. The Beavers are 7-1 ATS in their last eight home games vs. a team with a losing road record. Bet Oregon State Thursday.

The Beavers are off to a great start in the PAC12, and they host a USC Trojans team that hasn't been all that impressive so far. The Trojans are winless on the road, and they are just 7-8 ATS while going 9-6 overall. USC has won six straight against Oregon State over the last two seasons, and that might be what has kept this line so low.
