Opinion – SACRAMENTO (-2) over Portland

Sacramento is much better when they’ve had at least one night off and they’re also better at home. The Kings are 23-11 ATS this season when rested (8-0 ATS when favored) and 15-8 ATS at home (14-5 ATS when rested). Portland had a hard fought game at Denver last night and the Blazers apply to a 57-113-6 ATS situation that plays against road teams coming off a close game. My ratings favor Sacramento by 3.6 points with the extra home court advantage for being rested against an unrested visitor and I’ll lean with the Kings in a game that was very close to being a Best Bet.
