My money is on the Cardinals to cash in an easy win and cover on the road against the Demon Deacons. As tempting as it might be to grab the big number with Wake Forest at home, I just don't think the Demon Deacons got enough here to keep this thing close. Louisville is absolutely rolling right now. The Cardinals come in having won 5 straight and only one of those wins have been decided by single digits and that was against a very good NC State team. Wake Forest is 1-6 last 7 and 5 of the 6 losses have come by double-digits. Take Louisville -9.5!

There's a reason the Pacers, who just recently lost their best player in Victor Oladipo, are favored on the road against the Wizards. This is a brutal spot for Washington, who is playing in the 2nd leg of a back-to-back and their 5th game in the last 7 days overall. They also used a ton of energy nearly erasing a 25-point 4th quarter deficit against the Cavs last night.
The fact that the Wizards were down 25 points to Cleveland really speaks volumes to just how tired and banged up this team is. Keep in mind they are down 3 of their best players in John Wall, Dwight Howard and Markieff Morris.
As for the Pacers, losing Oladipo is a big blow, but they played well without him earlier this season and there's plenty of talent for this team to remain competitive. I expect a big effort here coming off a 32-point loss to the Warriors. Pacers are 20-8 ATS in their last 28 off a loss by 15 or more and 12-2 ATS off a double-digit home loss. Take Indiana!

The Washington Wizards will be playing for a second consecutive day tonight. They used a lot of energy in the 4th quarter against the Cavs last night trying to overcome a 25-point deficit. They nearly did it in a 113-116 loss as 8-point favorites. But that will take its toll tonight as the Wizards will now be playing their 5th game in 7 days and won’t have much left for Indiana tonight. The Pacers should be good enough to win here even without Oladipo given the brutal spot for the Wizards. Indiana is 26-6 ATS in its last 32 games following a double-digit home loss. SMU is fresh with this being only their 2nd game in the L/8 days. In the past they have been a good bet with this type of scheduling going 21-10 ATS when playing only their 2nd game in 8 days over the last 3 seasons. I know the Mustangs have struggled a bit of late, but Im betting on a bounce back effort in this spot. Meanwhile Wichita State is down a few notches from previous program-incarnations, and no longer can be viewed as solid home favs, after having lost 7 of their L/8 games overall.Yes, the Shockers play strong hoops here at the Koch Arena , but last season SMU came in and abruptly ended their 27 game win streak as hosts, and will not be intimidated in this venue.
WICHITA ST is 2-11 ATS versus teams who attempt 21 or more 3 point shots/game on the season after 15+ games over the last 2 seasons.

Wichita is just 1-6 in AAC play but they’ve played one of the toughest schedules in league play (2nd ranked SOS). 5 of their 7 AAC games have come against the top 5 teams in the league. The Shockers have also played just 3 home conference games beating 3rd place UCF, while losing in OT to Temple and losing to Cincy. SMU sits at the opposite end of the SOS spectrum having played the EASIEST slate in conference play. Even with that they are just 4-3 in league play. Unlike Wichita, the Mustangs have played only 2 of their 7 conference games against the top 5 teams. They are just 1-2 on the road in AAC play with both losses coming by double digits and their win coming @ Tulane, the worst team in the conference. In those road games they are making only 39% of their shots and just 30% from beyond the arc. While the Shockers are definitely down this year when compared to recent editions, they still have a phenomenal home court advantage winning 37 of their last 44 games here at Koch Arena. They also get a reprieve from their tough conference schedule as they now play 4 straight games vs teams in the lower half of the AAC staring with SMU tonight. The Shockers get back on track tonight and they have a chance to go on a bit of a run.

The Hawks look poised for a letdown here after their big road win over the Clippers on Monday. A closer look at the victory though sees it’s not quite as impressive as it first appears, as both Sixth Man Of The Year Lou Williams and big man Boban Marjanovic were both sitting out for LA.
The Kings return home after a 2-4 road trip. Their most recent loss came against the Clippers, but guard D’Aaron Fox was a bright spot in a losing cause with 21 points, four boards and three assists.
Sacramento though has been a “different” team at home this season, and it’s been consistent for bettors in this position as well by going 14-5 ATS in its last 19 after a SU loss of more than ten points.
The Hawks on the other hand are just 2-5 ATS in their last seven following a SU win.
I’m banking on these strong trends continuing. Consider Sacramento on Wednesday night.
