The Habs play on the road in the second game of a back to back in Anaheim Friday, facing a Ducks team that has been playing the role of spoiler. The Ducks had beat Colorado and Arizona, two teams batting for a Wild Card spot in the West, but then lost to the Blues on Wednesday. The Habs have failed to reach the total in 20 of their last 26 versus Western Conference teams, while the Ducks have failed to reach the total in 21 of their last 27 versus teams from the East. I'll take my chances here with Missouri State covering the small number at home against the Braves. The Bears finished as the No. 4 seed in the MVC, while Bradly came in at No.5, so the perception is these are two evenly matched teams on a neutral site, which is why you see the small number.
I don't think it's all that evenly matched. Missouri State won both of the regular season meetings, defeating the Braves 69-64 as a 3.5-point road dog and then destroying Bradley at home 55-37. I just think we are getting value here because the Bears finished up just 1-3 in their final 4. All 3 losses came against quality opponents, so there's no reason to panic.

The books are giving the Quakers way too much respect here at home against Yale. This is the ideal spot to jump on Yale, who we know is going to be hungry off a upset loss at home to Columbia. The Bulldogs haven't lost back-to-back games since the first month of the season. Last two times they were coming off a loss they won their next game by 20+, covering the spread by double-digits both times.
Penn is also not a team that has really fared all that well at home against quality opponents. The Quakers are 3-9 in their last 12 at home vs a team with a winning road record and a mere 1-6 ATS last 7 at home vs a team that's won more than 60% of their road games. Bulldogs are 4-1 ATS last 5 on the road after playing 3 straight at home and 4-0 ATS last 4 after failing to cover the spread in their last game. Take Yale!

This play just missed out on our premium card. The Maryland Terrapins and Minnesota Golden Gophers face off on Friday and in this game the value lies with the Terrapins.
The Terrapins won by 15 points in the previous matchup and that was at Willaims Arena. This is also a game that the Gophers are playing in a letdown spot.
They probably locked up their NCAA Tournament bid earlier in the week with a win over Purdue and I think they will have a big letdown.

I like the spot for Maryland tonight. They are coming off back-to-back losses at Penn State and at home to Michigan. They’ll clearly be highly motivated for a victory tonight at home on Senior Night against Minnesota. The are 14-3 at home this season.
Meanwhile, Minnesota is coming off back-to-back upset wins at Northwestern and at home against Purdue. They stormed the court after that win over Purdue, which punched their ticket into the NCAA Tournament. I fully expect them to come out flat tonight at Maryland after that huge win.
The Terrapins also get two extra days of rest than the Gophers heading into this game. They last played on Sunday, March 3rd, while the Gophers last played on Tuesday, March 5th. And the Terrapins won by 15 at Minnesota in their first meeting this season, while also beating Minnesota by 11 at home in their final meeting last season.
The Gophers are just 2-8 SU in true road games this season. The Terrapins are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games following an ATS loss. Minnesota is 1-7 ATS after covering two of their last three against the spread this season. Bet Maryland Friday.
