Both ACC teams come into the First Round of the ACC tournament struggling and I don't see either of these two teams playing on Thursday. Pittsburgh snapped a 13-game losing streak beating Notre Dame 56-53 on Saturday at home but I don't see back-to-back wins for the Panthers. Boston College have dropped 3-Straight and 5 out 6 but with the Golden Eagles already beating the Panthers once this year I see them taking this game again. Boston College is 5-1 ATS when playing on a neutral site and the Pittsburgh Panthers are 3-12-1 ATS in their last 16 games

Take Notre Dame ATS as my 4-Unit CBB Smash for Tuesday afternoon. This pick falls into one of my top college basketball systems and I have Notre Dame winning this game by 6 to 10 points here today. Georgia Tech is shot just 29.2% as a team from beyond the arc on the road this season and Notre Dame out-rebounded Georgia Tech in the first 2 games play between these 2 teams this season. Notre Dame has lost 7 straight games however they have lost some very close games against very good opponents including a 6-point loss at Virginia, and that same Virginia team beat Georgia Tech by 30 points. Notre Dame is 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games after failing to cover the spread in the previous game and Georgia Tech is just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games after covering the spread in the in their previous game, and this is a strong situational play for me as Georgia Tech is coming off an upset win as a double-digit underdog. Play Notre Dame ATS as we move to 13-7 with my last 20 college basketball picks.

This is simply a battle between two teams that are trending about as low as you can go. Pittsburgh has been struggling to not only win but even get a cover and it took a narrow victory over Notre Dame for them to avoid finishing alone in last place in the ACC. Last year, Boston College star, Ky Bowman averaged 24.3 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 4.7 assists in the ACC Tournament so he knows a thing or two about this stage. Pittsburgh is in shambles and his output should come at their expense. Boston College has had their ups and downs but they have been easier to trust offensively and they still have the best player on the floor in Bowman so the lean has to go to the Eagles.
