4-Unit Play. 825 Take Oregon (+2) over Wisconsin (4:30 p.m., Friday, March 22)
This line is proof that west coast teams get no love. Oregon is one of the hottest teams in the country entering the NCAA Tournament. They stepped up in a huge way to win out at the Pac 12 Tournament, despite it being a weaker league this season. Wisconsin didn't really have any extra quality wins the last six weeks or so of the season. The Ducks are more athletic, deeper and riding the wave of their last week. They beat the Badgers as a small underdog.
4-Unit Play. #799 Take UCF (-1) over VCU (9:40 p.m., Friday, March 22)
I like the Knights here. UCF was a tough out all season long, and it will prove to be the case in this really good match-up against VCU. I definitely thought the Rams were overachieving throughout the year, even if I was proven wrong most of the time on them. But in this clash here, Central Florida gets the check for me.
4-Unit Play. #814 Take Iowa State (-5) over Ohio State (9:50 p.m., Friday, March 22)
Iowa State could easily pound this Buckeyes team if they are clicking tonight. I really don't see much in OSU that made them apart of this field, if you want me to be honest. The Cyclones ran off a handful of wins in a row to win the Big 12 Tournament, and did so in style. I do genuinely think this ISU team is a sleeper for the Final Four. They need to get two wins this week to continue their momentum before we get ahead of ourselves. But I like their chances, most especially tonight.
