BOSTON @ SEATTLE | 3/31 | 4:10 PM EDT
11:24 AM
Entering this season as a combined 8-0 on Overs, we have an early case of regression Sunday afternoon. Former Cy Young winner Rick Porcello takes the mound for Boston after an amazing 17-win season last year. Entering this game averaging 7.6 runs, Seattle is due for a mediocre performance, and Porcello can make that happen. Under is the play.
OVER 8 HOUSTON @ TAMPA BAY | 3/31 | 1:10 PM EDT
11:21 AM
It’s early in the season, but both of these ball clubs are averaging well under three runs per game. Wade Miley struggles against these Rays losing his last three starts handledly by a combined 10 runs. Even though the Rays have proven to have an effective bullpen, I like the Astros to beat up Yonny Chirinos early on. Only entering this game with one win in seven career MLB starts, he has a lot of work to do to prove his dominance as an above average pitcher. I like both teams to hit their first Over this season.
OVER 9 DETROIT @ TORONTO | 3/31 | 1:07 PM EDT
11:20 AM
Entering the season as a combined 0-6 against the Over, these teams enter Sunday afternoon in need of run support. Matt Moore’s track record is nothing special against these Jays. In fact, last year against Toronto, he only lasted 3.1 innings -- giving up five runs and only one strikeout. On the other side of the bump, we have rookie Trent Thornton, who enters this contest as a highly ranked prospect but still showed signs of blowups in the Minors. The 25-year-old makes his Major League debut. Both teams shouldn’t struggle to put up at least 5 runs each.

MICHIGAN ST. VS DUKE | 3/31 | 5:05 PM EDT
11:15 AM
This total is far too high for two teams that rank 3rd and 13th in the NCAA for defensive field goal percentage. Michigan State holds its opponents to roughly 65 points per game, giving us some room for Duke's high powered offense. Duke's totals have been inflated this entire season. In fact, the Blue Devils are 11-25-1 entering today. I can see a low 70’s turnout today, but I can’t see much more than 145 points in this contest. Under is the play.

With the Nuggets on deck Tuesday, the Warriors could be caught looking ahead a bit. The road team is 6-0-1 ATS in the past seven meetings. Take the points.

The Mavs are a horrific 7-31 on the road, but they're actually 4-1-1 ATS in their past six road games as they keep drawing inflated numbers like this one. Grab the points.
