2 Units - #905 Mets / #906 Braves (UNDER 9) -110 *7:20 EST
Two VERY good pitchers dueling here. Neither pitcher has over a 1 ERA this season, Gausman has a 0.00 ERA for the Mets. Yes both teams have been scoring lights out, but 6 out of the last 8 have went under between these two teams, and yes that was in previous years, but ATL has a shut down bullpen right now and that gives them the edge overall as NY's bullpen has over a 8 ERA the last 3 games but their starter Gausman should see 6 to 7 innings if humanly possible. Matz for NY has a 0.87 ERA over 10 innings and will hold his own as well. I see a very tight one here where hits and runs will be at a premium.
2 Units - #911 Colorado ( -120) vs San Fran *9:45 EST
Colorado is 3-9 while San Francisco is 4-9. That's bad baseball. There is the potential for this contest to feature scoring because starting pitchers Jon Gray (0-2, 5.68) and Jeff Samardzija (0-0. 2.79) almost never have the word - stingy - used when discussing the pitching prowess. Cases in point, Gray is 10-26 when the total is 7 to 8.5 and Smards is 16-34 at home when the money line is +125 to -125. (There team's record) However, cannot help but notice that oddsmakers have made a line of -120 on Colorado based on overall talent, not current form.
The Rockies have the better overall squad and Gray is the better starter if his head is into the game. (Always a debatable situation) Here is something we cannot ignore; Thursday NL road favorites with a money line of -110 or higher, with a team batting average of .245 or worse on the season, are 36-6 since 2015.
3 Units - #917 Seattle (-130) vs Kansas City *1:15 EST NOTE: EARLY GAME
Kansas City has closed the gap in every game this series against Seattle, yet the fact remains they still have yet to win after dropping three straight. The Mariners are far and away the best team in baseball at the moment at 12-2 and they are crushing the ball even on the road at an amazing 8.5 RPG. With starter Mike Leake and the M's 22-11 when he pitches since last year and his teammates 40-15 vs. AL teams scoring 4.4 or fewer runs a game in the same time span, the Mariners toss the Royals overboard yet again.

Rotation #909-910
DBacks -110 over Padres
DBacks/Padres Over 8.5 runs
Godley/Avila
Pedro Avila will make his big league debut tonight while Zach Godley is nothing really to write home about. I like our odds that one of these teams will score 9 runs themselves. Avila just has not had much work against quality talent as he only had one start at the AA level. In the lower leagues this guy has struggled with control which I don’t expect him to correct at this level just yet. This is a scenario too good to pass up where I am confident we will at least get one of them picks to cash as the worst case scenario. Hopefully Arizona can get out of the gates quick on the youngster. Take the DBacks and the Over. (No parlays.)
