        Sixers +1.5 over Raptors
Toronto should be concerned because if you look at the numbers in the last game it’s hard to believe they lost that game. In the NBA you just don’t lose when you turn a team over 20 times, but they did. This Raptors team might be the better seed, but they can get bullied with their lack of rebounding. The Sixers dominated them on the glass. Kawhi Leonard has been unstoppable in this series and this Raptors team defense has been amazing yet they still are only 1-1 in the series. The atmosphere in Philly will be electric tonight. If the Sixers can limit their turnovers and Toronto’s points off those turnovers they can really set the tone in this series by grabbing a big win. Take the Sixers.

                Stroman v. Pena

Pena sits at 4.81/4.49 FIP/xFIP split with an absurd .232 BABIP that just doesn't fit...he also barely has a plus pitch and his curve borders on atrocious.
Stroman is defying all logic and analytics just ripping teams apart so far this season...and similar to Castillo it pans out as real in my estimation...with a 2.31 FIP backing up his league leading ERA. And while Pena struggles throwing his curve...Stroman boasts one of the league's best...and only first 5 here for safety

                Sanchez v. Skaggs
Actually looking toward offense tonight as a change of pace, we have the Angels hitting decently compared to the form they'd shown for the earlier part. For the past 2 weeks at home...the Angels be raking...top of the line in most categories I care about including having :
11.1 wRAA (2nd best MLB...behind only Colorado at Coors)
                129 wRC+
                .353 wOBA
                61 wRC
                .872 OPS
                16% K rate (2nd best MLB)
These numbers are all similar or better facing specifically righties at home.
Tonight they face Aaron Sanchez of the Blue Jays ...who, while I said we were focusing on Angels and offense...Sanchez does.fit nearly into my FIP trend system. On the year he stands at 4.44/5.10 FIP/xFIP despite his 2.32 "real" ERA. He walks about 6 batters per 9 innings and the Angels are almost excellent and drawing walks...especially compared to Ks...where they are at an 11%BB/15%K rate.
Skaggs as a lefty is also something the Jays haven't faced a ton of and should be an advantage....and while Toronto has excelled in making hard contact nearly half the time when they hit the ball...Skaggs has a top 5 MLB changeup...devastating and keeping hitters off balance with the best of.them when it's on...

                  LIST PITCHERS: Sanchez and Skaggs
                  (965) Toronto Blue Jays at (966) Los Angeles Angels
Sanchez takes the hill to close out the series vs. Halos. Sanchez owns a 2.32 ERA, which is his lowest ever through the first six starts of a season. And while his pitch count hasn't allowed him to pitch deep into games in his half dozen starts completing six innings just twice. That said in his outing against Oakland, a victory in which he surrendered just one unearned run on two hits across five frames his issue with a finger on his throwing hand is 100 percent.

Sanchez threw comfortably in April with his Velo topping out at 96 mph, while averaging 94.3 mph, with his fastball. Sanchez will be tossing the ball from the Angels Stadium hill in near perfect pitching condidtions.

Skaggs made a successful and impressive start against the KC Royals after missing two weeks to a left ankle sprain. The Angels lefty pitched five-plus scoreless innings and was sharp with his secondary pitches, in particular his curveball. In addition Skaggs has been attacking opposing hitters with more offspeed pitche than that of his fastball -- which did hit 94 mph in his win over KC. and saw the velocity on his fastball spike to nearly 94 mph, he encountered minimal resistance from the Royals. He struck out five.

The Blue Jays are not a lineup that will threaten Skaggs with long fly balls and the LA southpaw just doesn't give away free bases due to his stingy walk rate of under 5% this year.

Reports out of the Toronto clubhouse is that there were a few players suffering from the flu bug that will likely result in a getaway day lineup tonight against Skaggs.

The Blue Jays are slashing just .257/.304/.366 versus left-handed pitching so far this year and have a mere three home runs in over 250 at-bats versus southpaws.

Scott Barry is schedule to be calling balls and strikes tonight. His K-zone is historically pitcher-friendly especially on getaway day/night games.

                  UNDER THE TOTAL OF 8.5
