Yesterday, my Pythagorean Betting System picked out the heavy +157 underdogs Kansas City Royals
to go on the road and beat the Rangers. As it turned out, the Royals killed the Rangers 4-2, even has big underdogs on the road!
today's pick from the Exterminator Betting System. This is not a Pythagorean series:
Cardinals {A} Bet on the Money Line - This is a confirmed official betting series. If the Cardinals loses the {A} game, then please automatically bet on them again the next day for the {B} bet to recoup your {A} loss, plus to make your desired profit for the series. The same applies to the potential {C} game on the day after if for any reason they lose the {B} game as well.
=====================
Below is today's Pythagorean series pick:
[MLB] 1* Star Betting Series: Arizona Diamondback (3-game series). Start with the {A} bet today. If they do not win today, please automatically move on to the {B} bet on Arizona again tomorrow. The same as applies for the potential {C} bet. Whenever Arizona win, then the series is over and we record it as a win
All Pythagorean bets are always on the money line.

since 4/1: 60-55-2, -5.8 units... hardly worth the price of admission, like all of Doc sports
6 Units - #901 Milwaukee / #902 Pittsburgh (OVER 9.5) 7:05 EST
Archer gets the nod for the Pirates and he loves to walk batters and put them in scoring position with over an 8 ERA his last 3 and a 2.05 WHIP. Chacin is no bargain for the Brew Crew here either with a 4.50 ERA and Pitt should get some runs across the plate. Bear in mind these two scored 16 runs yesterday and they should equal that today not to mention the Pirates bullpen will be gassed and already have a deplorable 9.87 ERA over their last 5 games. Might sniff on the Brew Crew to win this one as well guys, but the strong play is the Over.
2 Units - FIRST 5 INNINGS BET - #903 Nationals (-135) over Cincy *7:10
Washington is still in the throes of a poor season, but, they have won five of six and are as healthy as they have been all year. Pat Corbin (5-2, 2.85 ERA) has pitched well with his new team and when with Arizona, he and they were 5-3 against Cincinnati.
The Reds offense has perked up, yet they are only 13-12 at home and 6-8 against left-handed starters. There is little reason to think the Nationals cannot get to Cincy's Tyler Mahle (1-5, 4.15) and they should be confident, having won seven straight in Cincinnati. I am betting the 2st 5 innings here because the Nats bullpen is deplorable but I think we get 5 to 6 solid innings out of Corbin here.

This is a big price to pay for a team, but all signs point to the Rockies here. Offensively it's no contest, especially in Denver where the Rocks are averaging 6.2 runs per game. The offense has actually gotten better lately, too, averaging 6.8 runs in the last month and 6.9 in the last week with a .969 OPS. They're averaging literally double the amount of runs per game that the Blue Jays are in the last month. Colorado throws ace German Marquez, while Toronto's Edwin Jackson has allowed 16 runs in 14 innings this year.

Neither Jhoulys Chacin nor Chris Archer are going to scare opposing lineups Friday. But Milwaukee's bats are far better -- they have been lately and they have been all season. The Brewers' bullpen is also superior, as long as the Pirates don't have the lead in the ninth. Pittsburgh has been one of the poorer home teams in the league.

L.A. ANGELS -120
L.A. ANGELS @ SEATTLE | 5/31 | 10:10 PM EDT
10:20 AM
Mike Leake has lost his form -- he's 1-6 with a 5.40 ERA his last nine starts. He faces an Angels team that ranks No. 1 in MLB in hitting against right-handed pitching. Meanwhile, the Mariners' offense isn't the force it was back in April, and the Angels have flipped the switch since a horrible start. Tyler Skaggs has been a mess on the road, but I think L.A. scores enough runs to make up for it.

KANSAS CITY @ TEXAS | 5/31 | 8:05 PM EDT

The Rangers can hit the ball well, but their impressive overall numbers are thrown out the window when they face a southpaw. Across the board, Texas is worse against lefties, and Friday they face a good one in Jacob Junis, who is 2-0 with a 2.13 ERA on the road. Texas goes with a spot starter who's been effective enough, but the Rangers' bullpen has an average-allowed that ranks 29th out of 30. It's worth a flyer on the road dog.

Mike Folynewicz has miserable stats, but his last two starts he's seemingly turned it around, allowing two earned runs over 12 innings. He faces a Tigers team that's averaging 3.3 runs over the last month and hits .223 off right-handed pitching. Atlanta's offense is in its own funk, but nothing of that level. Spencer Turnbull has had his moments, but the Tigers' bats and bullpen have not supported him. I'll take the Braves at home.

Chris Sale is back to being Chris Sale after a brutal first month of the season. Facing a depleted Yankees squad that has struggled against left-handed pitching is a good spot. He sports a 1.93 ERA in 20 appearances against the pinstripes over his career. J.A. Happ has had just one quality start in five starts in May with a 5.61 ERA, and a 5.93 ERA at home. Boston's offense has averaged 6.5 runs in May.
